Haru X Reader Pt. 2 (Scapegoat)

Me, and Haru have been dating for about 6 months now. Vampire, and Human relationships are banned, but we didn't let that stop us. We just can't have kids. I'm okay with that though. I didn't really want kids anyway.

I've been giving Haru some of my blood, but I sometimes allow him to go out during the night to feed. He just worries about taking too much my blood, so I understand. I just don't allow him to feed on innocent people. He usually feed on criminals during the night.

Haru has also been a great boyfriend to me too. He takes me out on dates, buys me things, protects me when we go out somewhere, and he helps around the apartment. I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend.

Speaking of dates, Haru wants to take me out to a fancy sushi restaurant. He said they sell the best sushi there, and he wanted to take me there to try some. I agreed to let him take me, since he was so enthusiastic about taking me.

I checked the time, and saw it was getting late. Haru would be home in about 2 hours from work. After work is when he is supposed to take me, so I need to go get ready.

I get out of my bed, and head straight towards the bathroom. I turned on the water, and made sure it was the perfect temperature for me. I stripped out of my night clothes, and hopped in the shower.

The shower was nice, and warm. The water pressure was just right too. It felt so great. I soaked my body, and hair into the water. I washed my hair with my favorite shampoo, and conditioner. It always leaves my hair soft, and smelling good. I grabbed my body soap that smelled like watermelon, and I washed my body with it. I turned off the water, and grabbed a towel front he towel rack. I wrapped the towel around my body, and steeped out the shower.

I grabbed my toothbrush, and toothpaste out of the cabinet. I turned on the water in the sink, and brushed my teeth. Once I was finished, I brushed my hair with my brush. I walked out of the bathroom, and went into my closet to look for an outfit tonight.

I picked out something simple. Just a pair of skinny jeans, and a black blouse. I paired them with my black flats, and a black and gold purse. I pulled my hair into a neat ponytail. I was happy with the way I looked, but I just need a bit of makeup.

I went into my makeup bag, and pulled out my foundation. I squeezed a bit out of the bottle, and applied it all over my face. I used a powder to set it into place. I used a mascara to make my eyelashes a little bit longer. When I was done, I put the stuff back into my bag, and shut it. I didn't do much with my makeup, since I was just going out to eat.

I heard the door open, and I knew immediately it was Haru. I walked out the room to greet him. But instead it wasn't Haru. It was some complete stranger. I froze in my spot, and tears trickled down my face. The guy noticed me, and grabbed me by my throat. I tried pushing him off of me, but he was too strong. I felt my vision going blurry, but he didn't kill me.

I couldn't move, and everything was blurry. I was being dragged by my ponytail to the room. The guy threw me to the bed, and handcuffed me to the bedpost. My vision started to clear up, and I was becoming more self-aware about what's going on. I screamed out for Haru's name. "Haru! Haru! Help! Please help me!" The guy slapped me across the face, and I started to break down in tears.

"So you do know who he is," the guy spoke. I was highly confused at what he meant. "Of course, he's my boyfriend," I spoke out. The guy didn't say another word. Instead he started searching through my belongings. "What is this about?" I spoke in a soft tone. The guy turned around, and walked towards me.

"Your boyfriend killed my client. My client needed money to pay back debt with me. I watched my client mug some old lady. He was so desperate to get my money, he was willing to hurt some old lady. But my client didn't get so far. I saw your boyfriend stab him in the throat, and dragged him back in the alleyway."

"I didn't go check on my client. I knew he was dead. Instead, I followed this guy around, also known as your boyfriend. I wanted my money, and he was going to give it to me. So, I found out where he lived, and I watched his every move. I saw you, and assumed you were his girlfriend. So, I decided to attack when you were home alone.  Just so he know what it's like to have something get taken from him."

This guy pulled out a knife, and I started to panic. He planned to kill me. He wanted to kill me as pay back for Haru killing this guy's money source. I started to scream, and luckily the door slammed open revealing Haru.

Haru ran into the room, and saw the guy holding a knife in his hand. Haru saw me chained up to the best post, and his eyes turned red. His fangs came out from his gums. He was ready to pounce on the guy, until he dropped the knife. The guy looked scared in a way. Like, he wanted to run away.

"Wait...your a vampire? Oh my..." The guy tried to run, but Haru stopped him from running. Haru grabbed the knife near the floor, and cut the guys throat. I turned my head, not wanting to see the sight in front of me. I waited a while before I felt Haru undo the handcuffs with his strength. His eye returned to their normal color, and his fangs went back up into his gums. Haru pulled me in a tight hug, and I hugged him back.

"I'm sorry. Not just for this incident, but you having to see me feed on a person." I pulled back from the hug, and looked Haru straight into his eyes. "Haru, he was a criminal who tried to kill me. Not an innocent person. It's ok. You didn't break the rule. I still love you." I kissed his cheek, and he started to blush.

"I'm happy your not upset at me. Now, I will dispose of the body properly, and you clean yourself up. I'm not missing out on this date." He kissed me on the cheek, and left with the strange man's body.

Geez, what a night that was. Luckily, I have a loving boyfriend who won't let anything get in his way of us.

A/N: Geez, what a week. I've been crazy busy lately, so I haven't been able to update. This might suck, but I just didn't know what to do for a part 2 to this. Hoped your satisfied. I will try to update again today since it 4:30 a.m. here, but if not, I will update before the weeks over. Have a good day guys ^^
