Chapter 14: Milk

Nagisa's POV

"Ow, ow..." Arisa-chan says as she held her head.

"Arisa-chan!" I said as I went down the stairs with Chiyuki-chan and Sasahara-kun.

We bent down at her.

"How did you even fall?" Sasahara-kun said.

"I don't know!" Arisa-chan said. "Maybe there wan an invisible banana peel or something..." She joked.

Chiyuki-chan said, "Can banana peels really make you slip...?"

"Anyway, we should get you to the nurse's office." I said. "Your knees are red. Let me help you treat it."

"Okay!" Arisa-chan said as she got up. "Whoa, it stings.."

The injury wasn't too bad, so she could still walk.

We reached the nurse's office.

The four of us went inside to find no nurse. "She may be taking her break." Sasahara-kun said.

Arisa-chan sat down on a chair and I grabbed some bandages.

"Did you slip and fall?" A familiar voice said from behind me.

"Uwah!!" Arisa-chan and Chiyuki-chan screamed.

I sighed. "What are you doing here..." I turned my head, "Karma?"

I saw a familiar red head smiling at me. "I decided to skip." He answered plainly.

"Go back, Karma.. You're going to be in trouble." I said. "I bet Hasegawa-kun and Hirose-kun are worried about you."

"Those guys? Nah, they know I'm here." He said.

"You sure are a rebel!" Sasahara-kun said. "Since you're here, wanna join us for lunch?"

I turned to him, "Eh?"

"Sure!" Karma replied.

"Wha..." I turned to Sasahara-kun. "But-"

"Yeah, come and eat with us, Akabane-kun!" Arisa-chan said.

I sweat dropped. "Ehh..."

I sighed, and then gave in. "Okay, you can eat with us. Wait, do you even have lunch?" I asked.

"Nope." Karma said as he smiled.

I sighed again. "Okay. Let me treat Arisa-chan first, and then we can buy you lunch."

I thought again, "On second thought, you can have my bento."

He looked at me, "What, no! You can eat that."

"It's okay. I'm not hungry anyway." I answered.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. I'll just buy an onigiri or something."

"Are you really sure?" He asked again.

"Really sure."

"Really, really, really sure?"

"Take it or leave it." I said.

"Okay, I'll take it, I'll take it!" He then hugged me and rubbed his face against mine. "Thanks, Nagisa~"

I blushed, seeing Arisa-chan and Sasahara-kun smirk. Chiyuki-chan blushed and covered her face a bit.

"O-okay.. You go on ahead to the roof with the others. I'm gonna buy my milk." I said.

"Okay." Karma removed his arms around me.

"I'll stay with Nagisa-chan." Arisa-chan smiled at me.
