Karma sat on the floor, his train of thoughts leading him off to a faraway place.

"So that just happened... What does Nagisa think?"

He wasn't expecting Yamaguchi to confess right then and there. Sure, Karma was making fun of him a lot, but he didn't know the blonde wanted to get back at him that badly.

What made him even more upset is the fact that Nagisa was blushing. The thought of her blushing because of another guy irritates Karma a lot.

"Karma? Are you listening?" He saw a hand waving in front of his face.

Nagisa was in his arms, between his legs as they sat down.

"Hm?" He said.

Nagisa turned her attention back to the 3DS she was playing. "Sorry, it's just that I don't know how to beat this stage..." She slightly pouted.

Karma could see a failed screen in his 3DS. He smiled at her and put his hands on top of Nagisa's. "You need to use more technique and strategy."

Karma pressed the button and moved the characters. "See, if you pair up each unit with another and make a formation, the enemies can't kill her. You would want to pair up units that are strong together."

He made the characters pair up in the battlefield and make a formation around a girl. "In a situation like this, you would want to make Tiki your top priority, and make sure that no one can get to her."

Nagisa's eyes lit up. "Ohh! I see..." She smiled at the game. "You really are good at making up strategies, Karma."

"Hmm? Do I really?" He playfully asked.

"Yes! Have you not noticed back in middle school?" Nagisa gave him a look before turning her attention back to her 3DS. "That sly mind of yours helped us a lot, and it helped you, too."

Karma watched as Nagisa continued the game.

She's acting like nothing ever happened. Well, he's guessing that she didn't want to bring it up with him around. He's sure she's screamed to herself plenty of times when she's alone.

And hopefully, it wasn't a happy scream.

Nagisa, on the other hand, had noticed that Karma had been quiet lately. She realized that she had probably put him in an uncomfortable situation.

Which she does feel bad for.

Karma put his arms back around Nagisa's waist, resting his head on her shoulder as he watched her play.

-Time skip-

"Okay, so, this goes... here, right?" Nagisa carefully put some documents in the closet.

"Yeah," Yamaguchi responded, also putting one right in the middle of the rest of them.

Nagisa couldn't help but blush, how they were alone together. Ever since the day out in the restaurant, she couldn't help but feel a little more embarrassed around Yamaguchi.

"W... what should I do? What should I say?" Nagisa thought to herself. "I can't seem to bring myself to have a normal conversation like we usually do."

Yamaguchi seemed to notice the hesitant actions the bluenette beside him was doing as he went back to the table behind them to get more paper.

"If it bothers you that badly, I can leave if you want," He started, continuing to put the folders in the closet.
