Third Person View

The boys waited as their fishing lines submerged into the water. It was taking a while. The fisherman accompanying them said it would be.

Quite some time had passed, and yet the fishing lines stayed completely still.

Nanashima sighed. "It's taking a while..."

"Well, the fish isn't just gonna magically appear out of nowhere," Yamaguchi commented.

If it was going to take this long, the boys think there will be a possibility that they will be going back empty-handed.

"Actually, I would be suprised if your line catches anything," Karma said to Nanashima with a smile.

"Ah, that's true," Igarashi followed.

Nanashima looked at Karma angrily. "What's that supposed to mean!?"

He looked at the sea with a face clearly showing he was annoyed at their comments. "Well, it's not like you guys are any different!"

"Oh? You seem pretty confident that I have no experience in fishing." Karma tilted his head.

"Yeah, Nana." Igarashi spoke to him. "I bet your line will just catch some seaweed!" He laughed.

"What was that!?" Nanashima shouted. "Bastard, you think you and Akabane can catch more fish than me!?"

"Yeah, no problem!"

"Alright then, we'll have a competition to see which team can catch more fish." Nanashima crossed his arms.

Shougo raised his hand, "Wait, team?"

"Yeah, team!" Nanashima answered with a tone as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "You and Yamaguchi will be in my team."

Igarashi put a thumb to his chest. "And Akabane and Sasahara will be in mine."

Karma looked to the side. "It's always gotta be a competition with you guys, huh? Alright, count me in." He smiled.

"Why did we get dragged into this...?" Sasahara and Yamaguchi silently said in the background.

"The competition starts now!" Nanashima declared. "You better be prepared, because we've got lots in store for ya!"

"He's lying." Shougo said behind him.

"Come on guys, we'll show them!" Igarashi looked determined.

"As I said, I didn't sign up for this," Sasahara sweat dropped.

Igarashi put his hands on both his shoulders. "That's not good, Sasahara! You're needed the most in this team. Who else will come up with brilliant plans and strategies of fishing?"

"Uh, Akabane?" Sasahara replied. "Besides, flattery isn't gonna work on me. I'll be sitting over there, see ya!" He began walking away.

Igarashi reached a hand out to him, "Wait, alright, alright!! I'll buy you ramen when we get back home!"

After fumbling and dragging Sasahara back, he looked at Nanashima, "It's on!"

"Come at me!!"

Lightning striked behind them as they showed their enthusiasm.

With that, they both went back to their separate fishing lines and waited.
