Third Point View

Nagisa walked down the road. Heat was practically rushing at her face. And if there was one thing that made it worse, it was the hot wind.

She reached for her pocket and fished out her phone. "I wanna see Karma."

Opening Karma's chat, she told him that she was coming over to his house. To her surprise, he told her he was already out, buying snacks from the convenience store near his house.

After giving him a short reply, Nagisa sighed. "I hope he doesn't get sick eating all those snacks..."

But who is she kidding? She's probably also gonna join him later on anyway, right?

As she made her way to the convinience store, she spotted the red head from afar, going out. She quickened her pace.

"Yo, Nagisa," he greeted her with a smile. They started walking together. "Sorry you had to walk. Must've been tiring, with all this heat."

"It's fine," Nagisa replied. She looked at the plastic he was holding. "Did you buy ghost pepper again?" She asked suspiciusly as she narrowed her eyes at him.

Karma smiled, "Uwah, busted already..."

"Karma, please. You know how hot those things are!"

"Yea, I know! Isn't it great? Even more reason to use it against people, right?" He chirped happily.

"Honestly..."

Karma glanced at the shorter girl. "Good, it doesn't seem she notices that the reason I wasn't home was because we were spying on her and Yamaguchi..." He sweat dropped.

Thinking back, he was now urging to hold back a smile.

Later

"We're here!" Nagisa ran inside like a child, feeling relieved for the AC.

Karma chuckled at her and gave her head a pat. "Sit down, I'll make you something."

"Really!?"

Nagisa smiled widely. "I don't care what other people say, but he can cook!"

Instead of sitting down like she was told, she followed suit towards the kitchen.

She could only dream of having a kitchen as big as Karma's. There were multiple fridges, and there were tons of spices, probably from Karma's collection. She was blessed with the permission to grab anything from the kitchen, because what she craves for, they probably have it.

"I found this cool recipe yesterday on carbonara," Karma explains, bringing out the ingredients from the fridge.

"Does it have sausages?"

"Well, if you want it to."

Nagisa sat down on one of the stools as she watched her boyfriend go around the kitchen. "Well, I guess it's fine to tell him now..."

"Say, Karma..." She trailed off.

"Hmm?" He was mixing things into a bowl near the stove, his back turned on her.

"So, I went out with Yamaguchi-kun today," she started.

Karma flinched, but didn't think she noticed. Instead, he gave her the usual tone. "Is that so?" He said as he turned the heat on the stove to boil water.
