There Are Two Speedsters?! [The Flash] [Discontinued]

"Hey you guys!" Iris greets. "Has Barry and Riley been showing some of the sights in Central City," Iris asks as she holds an empty tray to her side.

Felicity nods, "Yes. Um, I've seen some pretty amazing things." Obviously she's referring to S.T.A.R. Labs.

Iris perks up, "Really? Well, if you got some time maybe we can show some of Central City's nightlife."

Iris leads us further into Jitters. Felicity shakes her head, "Oh. No. I get plenty of nightlife in Starling City."

Iris stops at a table, "This is something that I don't think that you're gonna want to miss." Iris hold up a flyer, "Trivia Night at Jitters. Eddie's not really excited, I admit, but this could be our night guys."

I grabs the flyer, "our night to win $75 dollars worth of cappuccinos."

Felicity snatches the flyer, "Uh, yum."

Riley smiles, "I'd love to tag along, but I got to visit a friend. Maybe next time."

Iris nods, "definitely."

Felicity hands the flyer back to me, "I'm gonna go call work, check in, make sure everything's okay. I'll be back in a second."

"Okay," Iris says while cleaning up a table.

Iris walks towards the counter and I follow as Riley follows Felicity to the entrance, "Why are you doing this?"

Iris smirks, "doing what?"

I look at the flyer again, "Trivia Night with you and Eddie, forcing this double date thing."

"First off, I invited Riley too. Second, because that girl is great. And she happens to come from your very rare species of adorable nerds. Plus, you haven't followed my other advice." Iris is referring to her wanting me to ask Riley out.

"What advice?" Riley pops out of no where, making me jump.

"On Barry going to the gym to get fit," Iris improvises injuring my already bruised ego.

Riley tries not to laugh because of what happened in the cortex, "you should definitely take the advice."

Maybe I will, on asking Riley out, not the gym. I already got a trainer, who is a real pain in the ass. I mean, Iris is unavailable and has shown no interest in me what so ever. And, Riley is really sweet.

"I should get going, I'm supposed to be meeting an old friend in twenty minutes," Riley states as she starts walking off.

I follow her and stop in front of her, "you going to see Oliver?"

Riley shakes her head, "there's something I need to give my friend, Roy in Starling. Bye Barry."

"Bye," I say a little too loudly.

"Everybody, welcome. We got some new challengers. Please welcome E=MC Hammer," the host welcomes us.

Eddie and Iris gave me a confused look, so I explain, "I did it because E=MC squared is Einstein's formula for kinetic energy, right?" I start dancing in my seat, "And you know, 'Can't Touch This.'" 

They didn't get it, Riley would've. Okay, what is wrong with me?

"So where is Felicity?" Iris asks.

I straighten my posture to look around for her, "I'm not sure. I told her it started at---" Holy Jesus! Felicity walks in, and she's wearing the most gorgeous dress imaginable. With that, all my thoughts of Riley and Iris just slipped away.
