My aunt comes up to Jace, and gives him a big hug. "I've heard quite a bit about you, young man." She smiles at him. "All good, I hope." He says, hugging her back. "Jason! Get your ass down here! We have company. Jason's my husband. He'll be so glad to meet you." She smiles. As I see my Uncle coming down the stairs, I see a look on his face. Oh, shit. I look over at Jace and whisper, "be ready for some questions." I start laughing, the look on his face is priceless. "So, you're the young man that's got my niece smiling." He holds out his hand for Jace to shake. "I'm glad to know I make her smile." Awe, I can't help but smile. "How about some dinner, guys? I made chicken parmesan. Riley, get down here. Dinner is ready." As she starts walking to the kitchen, I look down to see that Jace has taken ahold of my hand, intertwining our fingers. "Let's go eat." I tell him.
"So, Jace, what made you take interest in my niece?" my uncle asks. Uh, oh, here goes. "Well, she's very intriguing, her spunky attitude, it's all great. There's just so much to her, that I can't wait to find out more." He says, looking at me. I give him a big smile. We all chit chat, especially Riley, she can talk up a storm. After dinner, Jace has to get home to Lily. "It was nice meeting you all, but I have to get going. My little sister is waiting for me." Jace says, hugging my aunt and shaking my uncle's hand. I walk him to the door, and go outside with him. "I'm glad you stayed for dinner, and decided to meet my family. They seemed to like you." I tell him. "Well, they seem like they could be an interesting bunch." He gives me a smile. He takes my hand, "I wish I could stay longer, but I have to relieve the babysitter from Lily, who knows how crazy she is going." He starts laughing. "I will see you later, babe." I tell him. We share a sweet kiss, not too long, not short. "See you at school!" I tell him and he drives off.
I walk into the house to see my aunt waiting for me. "He is so cute!!" she squeals at me. "Yes, auntie he is very cute, and sweet." I say, laughing. "Alright, I'm going to bed. I love you!" I tell her. I head into my room, when I get a text.
Jace: Hey love, I made it home.
Haseya: Ok, lover boy, haha. I will see you tomorrow. Goodnight.
Jace: Goodnight.
Then I get a text from Ashlyn.
Ashlyn: Hey, girl hey, there's a party Saturday! We definitely need to go.
Haseya: Yea, I heard Andrew telling Jace about a party. I've never been to one, so I'll take a chance and go.
Ashlyn: Good, Saturday morning, I will come get you, and we are going dress shopping.
Haseya: Sounds good. See you later.
Ashlyn: Goodnight.
Haseya: Goodnight.
Well, guess I'm going to a party on Saturday.
The rest of the week goes by fairly quickly, Jace and I are getting closer. I think Ashlyn and Andrew might have something going on here soon. Amber has been quiet, which, I doubt will last very long, I mean there is a party coming soon. And from what I hear, she is quite the slut there. She better keep her hands off my man. That's all I'm saying.
Hello Peaches! I know, this isn't the best chapter. I went through a little bit of writer's block. But this next chapter is the party. I can't wait!
What do you think will happen at the party?
Do you think Amber will try and pull something?
Have a good day/ good night, wherever you are!
Love you all.
