So I basically didn't know what to name this chapter. I'm so uncreative. So yeah.... Enjoy Voot Voot.

The next day at school is chaos for me. What with worrying for Timothy and what he has to tell me and Monica being a jerk the whole day, my day has been extremely stressful. Not just for me either, but for Kade and Kat too.
During lunch Kade was walking towards our lunch table and Monica tripped her so she spilled all of her food on the floor and over her shirt. I had to loan her my hoodie and share my lunch. She would mutter rude things to us in the hallway and shove us with her shoulder if we got too close to her, which was hard to avoid because of the crammed hallways. Over all she was being the basic bully.

As soon as the bell rang I pack my things, say goodbye to Kat and Kade and run outside the classroom. I search the halls for Timothy but he's nowhere in sight. I sigh deeply. I had hoped to see him before tonight. Oh well. I guess it will have to wait.

I text Nate and tell him I decided to walk home and he says that's fine. The wait for talking with Timothy will be suspenseful so I need something to take my mind off of it. Our house is only three blocks away from the school so it doesn't take me long before I reach the house. I see Nate's green mustang in the driveway already.

I walk into the house and set my bag and shoes next to the door and walk into the kitchen to get some water. I hear voices laughing as I draw nearer.
"That's funny."
I think to myself.
"I didn't see moms car out front and it's not time for her to be home yet."

I peer into the kitchen doorway and see my brother and Jenna West sitting at our table with books in front of them. They're not paying any attention to the books however. Just each other's eyes. They're talking in hushed voices to each other with smiles on their faces.

I stay there longer than I probably should have just looking at them. To anyone else I might seem creepy. Which I guess I might be. But to me all that matters is that I see is a happy brother.

I don't want them to know that I've been staring at them so I quietly walk back to the door, open it and then shut it loudly.
"I'm back!"
I say loudly and walk into the kitchen.

As I enter the room I pretend to be surprised that Jenna's here. They're now very interested in their books.

"Oh hey Jenna! I didn't know you were coming over today."
I say with a fake surprised face but put on a genuine smile.

"Oh hi Ellie. I just came over to study with Nate. Isn't that right?"
She looks over at Nate as to ask him for conformation.

Nate looks up from his book at Jenna and then at me and then back to Jenna.
"Yup. That's right."
I notice a slight blush creep up on his face.

"Ok then. I'm going over to Timothy's house soon."
I say as I grab a bottle of water from the fridge.

"Oh yeah. Yeah that's fine. You go on and do that."
He nods his head at me.

"Ok I will. You two have fun."
I give a grin.

"We're just studying. It's not fun."
He says with wide eyes and a stern look. I notice Jenna looking right at him.

"Uh huh. See ya later."
I give him a wink and he responds with a scowl. It quickly disappears when he realizes that Jenna is staring at him and he now stares at her and smiles too.

I chuckle to myself and walk to my room. I look at my clock to check the time and see that it's 4:10.
I text Timothy and ask what time I should be there and he says around 5:30 will do. That gives me a little over an hour. I decide to start reading Legend while I wait. It's about a young boy named Day who is a sort of criminal. He resists against the Republic which is the government in the future. It's very intriguing.
