After Luke had sent the almost nude to Cristina, and Cristina sent the stranger a picture of her face, there was a chance she could have been murdered. But there was also the possibility the Luke would call her beautiful, making Cristina only fall for him that much harder.
Cristina decided to sit back from the game and just focus on learning even more about Luke, falling even harder for him. Since they had already sent a picture to keep the soon-to-be streak going, Cristina decided she could just message him.

Luke had then sent Cristina a picture, but not "nudes" this time. Instead, it was an actual picture of what she guessed was his face. He was cute, she had to admit it, but part of her thought he was gay. It's not a bad thing, just sad to think of how she could've made babies with him.
The lovely caption Luke added to the picture summed up his sassy side perfectly:
