Nightmare Before Christmas Part 2

{Riley's POV}

"So then after you left, Maya asked what was the deal with Lucas and Smackle, and they admitted they were a couple." Zay said.

Zay came round, claiming he wanted advice, I tried my best to give him some.

"And then they left and Maya cried... Why would she cry over that-"

"Her and Lucas have a lot of history, Zay. You have to keep that in mind." I said as he nodded.

"Then I kissed her-"

"You kissed her?" I said with a smile as he blushes.

"It was a peck but... After that she got up and left, not saying goodbye or anything." Zay said as his blushed face turned into sadness. "I feel like she doesn't like me-"

"She does! I think she does anyway..." I said as Zay nodded. Then someone climbed behind Zay through the window. It was Farkle.

"Am I crashing anything?" Farkle asked as Zay stood up.

"I was just about to leave. Bout time you talked this out guys." Zay said as he climbed out the room and Farkle sat where Zay was. I couldn't help but just stare at him. God he is hot.

"So..." Farkle said as I half smiled.

"So. What do you want?" I asked as Farkle couldn't even look at me. I lifted his head so he looked straight at me. "Look at me when I'm talking to you."

"I-I wanted to talk about... That argument we had." He said as I nodded. "I didn't mean to argue with you the other night. I just wanted to know why you didn't tell me-"

"We weren't together!" I said for the millionth time.

"I understand that Riley, I do! But friends tell the truth, they don't lie Ri!-"

"Don't call me Ri." I mumbled as I put my head down, looking at the floor.

"I came here to apologise... Not to argue again." Farkle whispered as a tear rolled down my cheek. I looked up to see him crying. I couldn't help but join in.

"I know..." I whispered back as Farkle looked at me. "Farkle?"

"Precious?" He said as I regretted what I said next.

"We should take a break for a while." I said as I looked down, tears rolling down my face.

{Farkle's POV}

"We should take a break for a while."

No.

"What? No! I-"

"Farkle, no buts! We are taking a break." She said as I nodded.

"We are either together or not! Breaks are pointless Riley, you should know that!" I yelled as Riley jerked back a little. "I'm sorry." I whispered.

"You're right." She said as I held her hands. "Then we should break up."

That's even worse.

But it was the right thing to do. For now.

"I agree. Just for a while, right?" I said as she nodded and pulled her hands away from mine.

"Friends?" She said as she held her hand out.

"Friends." I said as I shake her hand. I pull her in for a hug and whisper; "I love you."

"Yeah." She said as I pulled out and climbed out the window. "Goodbye, Minkus."

"Goodbye, Matthews." I said as I walked away, then I heard her shout;

"I promise you Farkle, I'll be back with you." She said as I carried on walking away.

I walk back to Svorski's and I might aswell apologise to Charlie. Or at least get something out of him about him and my girl.

I walk and the manager instantly walks up to me;

"If you've come to stir some more trouble I-"

"I've come to apologise." I said as I looked at her badge. "Elena, I'm sorry."

"It's okay. I'll get Charlie for you, sit somewhere and I'll send him to you." She said I nodded, then she walked off and hugged this guy she called Damon. I sat in a booth, waiting to speak to Charlie.

"Hi." I looked up and saw Charlie.

"Hi." I said back as Charlie sat opposite me. "I'm sorry for trying to hurt you eariler, but if it makes you feel better, me and Riley aren't together-"

"Wait, really?" He said as I nodded. "Yes man! Now she's all mine!"

"What?" I said as I felt a bit of anger growing inside of me.

"When me and Riley spoke, she mostly talked about you, and I figured if I kept texting her she would develop feelings for me and leave you. All alone. Like you're supposed to be-"

"Why are you being such a jerk-"

Then Charlie punched me, he punched me so hard I fainted.

I woke up a moment later to be kicked and punched on the floor. I started crying and I covered my ears. Charlie then got my head and smacked it on the floor many times.

And then.

And then.

Blackout.
