Will you be there for me whenever I call
Can I trust you entirely with everything I live for,
Would you lend me a comforting shoulder when the tears start to pour
Will you listen to all my stories, every sentence, every word,
Will you shift me back to reality, when my world just starts to turn
Would you love me for who I was, despite all my flaws,
Would you think I was perfect, just the way I was
Would you make the world seem like a place worth living,
Would you make me understand that there was a reason for everything
Would you tell me that you loved me everytime I seemed unsure,
Would you tell me I was beautiful when I was insecure
Can you make me feel like a princess when my spirits seem down low,
Can you make me feel less lonely, with a simple smile and 'hello'
Will you hurt me like he did when he uttered those dreadful three,
Will you drown me down the river of my tears without mercy
When I see you next, will you finally light the dark,
And make me feel like he did once, is it time to make your mark
Will you be there to catch me when I fall,
With the right words, you could have it all.
