Chapter 13

Ellie's pov-

I had to turn on the water works if I was going to find anything out about her and Harry, I honestly never thought that I would have to worry about Ruby getting with my Harry, I mean they literally hated each other for so long, I just didn't see it coming at all. I never liked Ruby that much anyway, she was always in the way of me becoming best friends with Jess, they would always put each other first with me left out. I let go of the hug Ruby engulfed me in, giving her a fake smile, I need to find out what's going on with her and Harry, but she just dismissed the questions straight away. The only way I'm going to be able to get Harry, is to remind her just how much she hated him.

"So how is it living with Harry? I mean not that long ago you both hated each other." I asked

"It's good actually, its weird I forget how much we hated each other, we have just bonded so much especially with looking after Alexa were like a little family really." She replies, as I nod and smile sweetly, acting like I actually give a shit about her or the fucking kid.

"But not that long ago you couldn't even stand to be in the same room as him never mind live together?" I questioned.

"Yeah but things are different now"  She spat back, my words clearly effecting her.

"But he was such a dick to you remember when Jess set you up on that date with him, before Alexa was even born, and you left within the first half an hour crying to me and Jess" I pushed further.

"Look Ellie, you don't know what Harry is like, he different knows he's completely changed, you don't know him, we're happy the way we are now, stop trying  to cause problems."

I want to find out more about Harry but its making me sick to the stomach him acting like a happy family with her, she knows nothing of what he's really like, he should be with me, deep down he knows that, I don't understand what he likes about Ruby, probably using her, lets be honest, I know he would never use me though. I couldn't bare to hear her go on about how Harry acts with Alexa, and how he sings to her, for gods sake just shut the fuck up, I completely zone out not listening to a single word she says, still finding nothing actually useful about Harry I stop asking. we continue browsing the shops, until we decide to go for food, if she talks about Harry or this dam baby one more times I don't know what I'll do.

 Unknown pov-

She's been walking around the same shops for about 3 hours, Harry doesn't seem to be with her or the kid, but she's with some other girl who's face I can't make out, that styles kid needs to learn who he shouldn't mess with, I've been watching, I see the way he looks at her, the only way to take him down, is to take her down.

Ruby's pov-

Ellie is still being funny with me asking me all the questions about Harry, but then as I answered, just basically just telling her how sweet he's been with Alexa but she just turned her head away completely ignoring everything I was saying, I don't know why but I'm pretty sure she wants to know about me and harry rather than how he is with Alexa but why the fuck would I tell her when she's being rude, it has absolutely nothing to do with her anyway. I've had enough of her attitude, so I tell her I'm going to have to go because Harry has been with Alexa all day, to which she frowns trying to cover it up with a clear fake smile, she hugs me saying we should meet up again soon, which wont be happening, however I reluctantly hug her back saying our goodbyes, walking towards the exit of the shopping centre. I fell as though I'm being watched but as I look around, it seems people are just doing their own things, I'm probably just paranoid after that brick being thrown through the window. I walk across to my car, getting in the driver seat and reversing out of my space, into a queue to get out the car park, theirs a uncomfortable silence in the car I go to switch on the radio, for some music to fill up the quiet, as I lean over I hear the back door open and slam shut, I see someone though the rear mirror to see someone dresses in all black unable to see their face, I'm about to scream until a hand covers my mouth muffling all my cries for help...

Hope you liked this chapter, and found it a bit more exciting, even if it wasn't the longest.
