Chapter 41

Liam's pov-

"I still can't believe Ruby was being stalked." I told Katy as we were eating breakfast.

"I know it's scary really, especially when she thought of him as a friend, but he was a completely different person." She replied.

"I know, at least Harry found him out, who knows what could of happened."

"I know, let's stop talking about it, it scares me."

"Okay, what do you want to do today babe?" I ask her.

"Umm I don't really mind, I need a new top for Saturday, so town?"

"Yeah, when do you want to go?"

"I'm ready now if you are, I just need to grab a jacket." She replies.

"Okay, could you get my leather jacket as well?"

"Course." She says walking into our room.

"Here," she throws my jacket, and my car keys at me, and we walk out the door. It takes about 20 minutes dive until we reach the shops, I'm dragged around carrying mountains of shopping bags for over two hours. "Please can we go and get something to eat, I NEED a break?" I practically beg.

"Yeah, I'm quite hungry too." She chuckles.

We decide on going to a small Italian restaurant close by, we take the car and park just outside it isn't very busy inside and we a seated by the window straight away.

"Would you like to order some drinks?" The waiter asks. Katy orders a coke and since I'm driving I order the same, I browse the menu for a while, but I know I'll end up getting pizza as usual. I glance out the window, people watching until a familiar face is in the distance. He walks closer towards the restaurant, and his green eyes come straight into view.

"I think that's Harry." I say to Katy as she looks up from her menu, to now see Harry getting into a black car.

"Liam, I'm sure that's Ellie's car." She says and we both look more closely, but still can't see who's driving.

"Why would Harry be with Ellie, he hates her?" I ask.

The window of the car moves down a little to see the top of Ellie's head.

"Do you think Ruby knows where Harry is?" She asks.

"I doubt it, ring her and casually ask?" I tell her. She retrieves her iPhone from her handbag and holds the phone to her ear.

"Hi Ruby"

"What you doing?"

"Aw, nice, is Harry with you?"

"Ah ok, well have a nice time."

"Yep, speak later bye."

"So what did Ruby say?" I ask, since all I could hear was Katy talking.

"She said she was at the park with Alexa and when I asked if Harry was there she said he was at work."

"So he's lied?" I say, but it comes as a question. I thought Harry was happy with Ruby, he's changed so much for the better being with her.

"I swear to god Liam, if he's cheating on her." I look back out to the window and see the car starting up.

"I think we should follow them, Ruby doesn't deserve this." I say, while Katy nods, I leave money on the table for the drinks and go behind Ellie's car into mine as Katy gets on the passengers seat, just as I start the engine they take off, me following closely behind.

Sorry its taken so long to update and this chapter is so short, we will try to do longer updates this week, but they won't be as often as we usually do because of exams coming up.
