Chapter 42

Liam POV

We've been in the car for about 10 minutes following Ellie's car but keeping a decent amount of space so they won't notice. We've been cutting through back streets and me and Katy are getting wary of where we are going.

"Liam, I don't know if I want to go much further" Katy says to me while briefly looking my direction with a shy smile but quickly looking forward again.

I take one of my hands off the wheel and place it on her leg, gently rubbing up and down "Don't worry babe, we'll just go a little further" 

She smiles at me again, a real bright smile this time and then sighs "I'm worried for Ruby though"

"Me too, Harry better not of fucked his one and probably last chance of getting a secure relationship, Ruby loves him more than I can even comprehend loving anybody, she's gave him enough fucking chances and I will beat him up if Ruby doesn't get there first" I ramble on

I slightly look over to Katy, there is a crease laced into her forehead and she has a concentrated pout on her face "Are you ok babe?" I ask her

She seems to snap out of the trance and looks over quickly and fakes me a smile "Um yeah to what you said before and yeah I'm ok" She shrugs

"Katy you're not ok" I let out a nervous chuckle 

"Y-You don't think you'll ever love anyone that much?" She asks 

"Erm well yeah probably...eventually"

"Oh but just not with me? I see how it is Liam" She flings her hands in the air and is waving them around, oh fuck

"Katy, can we talk about this later?" I sigh "It's not as if you love me" I exclaim

"I fucking do Liam! But forget about it" A single tear slips down her cheek I wipe it off with my free hand and surprisingly she doesn't bat my hand away. I get butterflies when I'm around her, she makes me feel warm inside and I get shy and embarrassed around her sometimes. I don't know what you would call love.

"I've never been in love before Katy, I don't know what it feels like" I give her a glance she's sitting up in the chair a little "I get butterflies when I'm around you, when you touch me. You make me feel different..." I explain

"That's how I feel with you" She sniffles 

"Well I suppose you could say that I love you too" It clicks, I do love Katy but I've been too wrapped up in everyone else's problems to realize my own true feelings, I smile at her "Yes, Katy Williams I do love you!" I shout proudly, she jumps out of her chair, he seat belt flying off and flings her arms around my neck.

"Whoa Katy, I'm driving" I chuckle

"Sorry" Her cheeks blush "Not the most romantic setting but I'm glad it's out there"

"Me too" I grab her hand and intertwine them

"Shit" I stomp on the breaks as Ellie swings in to a driving lot of some trampy abandoned house.

"What the hell, are they doing here?" She cocks an eyebrow and I shrug my shoulders carefully watching them.

They both step out of the car but Harry looks wary to what he is doing, I hope he isn't doing something that he will regret.

Hi I'm sorry for this lame update! As we arn't updating as regularly because we are really busy lately we'll try to do more updates this length/ a little longer and more frequently hopefully.
