Signs You are Screwed

So, this entry is going to be weird. . .

Wait, what am I saying? All of my entries are weird.

But that's not the point.

Each and every one of us experienced having a crush on someone, then googled signs if your crush likes you back or not.

There's no point in lying about it, ok? We all did it!

Although it doesn't lessen the feeling of humiliation.

Don't feel guilty! We were all curious once upon a time.

We all experienced being friendzoned or rejected by our crushes, which is not a good feeling at all. And it's not because they broke your heart, it's because you embarrassed yourself by confessing your feelings to some idiot who didn't feel the same way.

Ugh.

*reverts back to shell to hide from the memories*

My point is, you usually read shit about if your crush likes you back or signs you're developing feelings for someone.

BUT

Personally, I haven't read anything about signs you get when you realize that you don't like your crusher.

Crusher: the person who has a crush on you.
(Is that even a word??)

So you guys might remember in a past entry that I've developed a crush on my friend. Of course, I haven't told them cuz I know they don't feel the same way.

Then it hit me.

If they did figure it out, that I had a crush on them, what would they think?

Hypothetically, if it happened, then this guide is for them and anyone out there who is in their position.

. . . .

. . . .

Signs you get which makes you realize you don't like your crusher:

1) Feeling weirded out by their smile.

They smile at me because they're my friend, that's it. Yeah, that's it—oh they keep smiling at me. Is there something on my face? Smile back, maybe they'll stop?

Oh god they still keep smiling at me.

*Side note: you tend to stop making eye contact cuz you know they will smile creepily at you when you do.

2) You become the ultimate joker.

Haha, yeah the joke's funny. Hahaha. . .ok the joke's funny, but not THAT funny—why are they laughing so hard? OK, the joke got old, then WHY are they still laughing like it's the funniest thing—what? They think that joke was THE funniest thing they've ever heard? I read it from Instagram...

*Side note: you might develop an ego for being so funny but then you realize you became the ultimate joke.

3) You become a magnet.

We greet and hug. They hold me a little too tightly for my liking—how long have we been hugging?

We talk, they lean really close to me. We laugh, they touch my arm. We sit side by side, they touch my leg with theirs.

*Side note: you will get the feeling of wanting to sterilize your whole body with acid every time they touch you.

4) You start dodging their bullets like Neo in the Matrix.

They're going to the movies too? Sorry I have to study for an exam.

Chatting with friends then they show up, the bell rang! I don't wanna be late for class.

We're left alone in a room, I gotta go to the bathroom.

*Side note: Honestly, their presence makes you feel more and more awkward each day.

5) You are trusted with their life.

Can I make a phone call? I forgot my phone—here take my phone, the password is **** and you can do whatever you want with it. It's ok if you wreck it, I know you didn't mean to.

*Side note: you regretted the day you forgot your phone because they will trust you for the rest of their life with everything. And I do mean everything.

6) You become a dictatorship.

I think Y/N should decide.

It's Y/N right to say their opinion in this.

Y/N is always right so we should follow their decision.

Whatever Y/N chooses, I agree with.

*Side note: you might stop sharing your opinions in front of them just so they could develop their own. Like jeeeez, talk about not having a backbone.

______________

Obviously I'm just joking and exaggerating, but the idea behind these hold some truth.

Although, I'm not like the crusher; first, I hate physical contact. Second, I know how to hide my emotions (unlike the cliche of being obvious). Third of all, I'm not desperate to spark my crush's interest in me.

Now that I'm thinking about it, this reminds me of a kinda similar situation I'm facing with a friend (me being the crush).

I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!

Why am I facing drama for the first time in so long?!

This sucks.

Sigh.
