MacKenzie Porter

The next morning, I noticed the lack of Lizzy. I had fully expected her to come in the middle of the night, gagging and telling us to get a room.

"Where's Lizzy?" I asked nobody in particular, slightly hoping the wall would answer me. Nope.

"She stayed overnight with Rickson." Sebastian told me.

"Oh, she- WHAT?!" I said, completely unnecessarily.

Lizzy wasn't my daughter, or my property. Anyone's property, for that matter, but I was happy she found someone I just hoped to God that she wouldn't get hurt. I wished I was closer friends with the wall. The wall wouldn't have told me this information.

"Kenz. Calm down. She's a big girl." Seb told me, kissing my neck.

"I know... But, I- she- Stop it! You're distracting me!!!" I said as he moved up and down my collarbone.

"Mack, she's fine. Besides, it's not like she has anywhere to sleep. Come back here." He said, grabbing my shoulders, as I had sat up to think straight. He pulled me down. And, wait for it, he kissed me. For a good long while. I might have participated... Maybe. Just, maybe.

I woke to Ricksons beautiful grey eyes. Wait, what? That's not right.

"AHH!" I screamed, leaping out of the bed grabbing a pencil as a weapon. Wow. Good job, Lizzy. What am I gonna do? Give him lead poisoning? It's not even sharp, the worst thing it would do would be a minor annoyance once the person realized that a blind person thought they were a pencil sharpener.

"Woah! Lizzy calm down! It- we- I- We didn't do it! It was PG, I swear!" Rickson said, getting off the bed.

I looked him over, and he wasn't lying, he was fully dressed. Well, except his tie was off, but that's a choking hazard. Dangerous. I looked down at myself. Fully dressed, except for my shoes, which were at the side of the bed.

I grabbed them, putting the pencil back on the desk.

"I'm- I'm sorry. It's just, I haven't, this- this is new for me." I stuttered.

His face fell. "Hey," I said, walking over to him. "I'll see you tonight." I smiled, and kissed him lightly on the lips. I backed away slowly, slipping out the door, and closing it silently behind me.

I started walking back to our dorm, my stomach full of butterflies. Just then, a hand cupped my mouth as another pulled them behind my back and tied them as I screamed and thrashed silently. Another pair tied my ankles. The hand cupping my mouth was replaced by duct tape, and I was being dragged backwards, my captures invisible to me.

I was pulled into a dorm, and thrown in the wardrobe. I heard a tinkling laugh and all went black. I kicked out, and hit the side of the wardrobe. I pulled at my wrists, but they were tied too tightly.

I screamed and kicked until the door was opened, blindingly bright. Tape was placed over my shoulders and legs, rendering me paralyzed. I felt a pinch in my neck, and my vision began to sway, and I felt alarmingly calm before the world went dark.
