"Aloe is still healing her, just expending energy slower. When she used her I was walking back from taking a dip in the stream, fish in my hand. I started climbing the ladder. I gave Izak the fish and went back to bed.

I walked into the room to an overwhelming smell. Cooked fish permeated through the air, driving me towards it. I had forgotten how good meat tasted.

"How did you get this?" food sprayed from her mouth, but she just shoved more in. Oliver had more manners than her.

"I forced the fish to jump ashore and Izak cooked them." She smiled, then shoved another mouthful in.

"So, how do you propose we take them back with so...little. We need to think. They probably have close to one thousand elementals, while we have five and a half. Do you know how many there are exactly?"

"916 last time I checked" Her food was now pushed towards the center of the table. I was about to suggest that we could take them out a couple at a time, when they went off on missions, when the ladder started wriggling about. Too early to be Aloe, but who else could it be taking such a calm approach. A hand crawled to the surface. A very pale face lifted itself up, hair brittle and skin dry.

"Lily, go get some food. No meat, and a ton of berries and fruits. Oliver, could you go get some rags?" As they went off on their separate missions, Izak and I lifted the girl up the rest of the way. She looked like nothing more than skin and bones. As soon as Lily got back and I gave her the berries, Merlin pounding them into a juice first.

"Can you keep feeding her while I go get some water?" Merlin wordlessly came over and took my post. I jumped out the tree, just making it down without injury. I then forced the water to hover over my palm, maybe a gallon or two. I took it slow on the way back, or my focus would break. When I got back she looked a little better, but she was still recovering. Hopefully Aloe could heal some of this. I was trying to give her more food or water, but then Izak came and pushed me out of the way. Merlin and Izak then picked her up and started carrying to an empty room.

We were preparing dinner when Aloe climbed up the steps. He saw the stains from the juice of the berries first, then they worried look on my face.

"What happened?"

"A girl showed up, starving. We gave her as much food and water as she would take, but she still couldn't talk." I looked over at Lily, who quit making the pineapple-on-a-stick. She went off to guide Aloe to the girl, while I took over her job. Anytime the fire would go close to going out, Izak would come over and start it. The food was done and cooling off when Lily and Aloe came back, holding the girl up. Aloe looked like a Banshee, his eyes had dark bags under them and his face was deathly pale. The girl, on the other hand was looking better. She still was skin and bones, but her hair was softer and her skin wasn't so dry.

"Thank you for taking care of me" The girl spoke in a thick russian accent "And now I am saddened by the news I must give. I have the element of present-sight. I randomly get vision of things going on at the moment. You have a friend missing, name is Cai? He is in a facility, being tested on. They creating a serum to mimic power, and Cai is first survivor. Scientists won't stop at nothing for the power-future sight." We were all taken back, but then Izak stepped up.

"What is your name?"

"Anna is my name" Oliver then came out of is room and saw Anna standing up.

"Friend!" Oliver then came running through us and hugged her.

"Hi Olly, you well?" She then looked up at us "I was a transfer student, and met Oliver. I found out he was like me when I saw him disappear during recess. I found him and we became friends." She finished her pineapple-on-a-stick and I offered to help her to her room. I then helped her into her room, walking across the rope bridge. We were halfway through when her eyes started glowing yellow. She stopped moving, and her lips started speaking in a male voice.

"Should we go after him? What if he attacks again?" Her voice started changing once again "He helped Jerald out, we could at least give him a head start" "I'm going after him now. Good luck explaining to boss when he finds you still here." Her eyes stopped glowing and she collapsed. I flipped her over and she was breathing, but barely. I carried her the rest of the way to her room and then ran to the table.

"I think Anna used her power."

"We know"

"How"

power energy was drawn from him. But she'll be fine, or he'd be dead also"

I know it's short and I'm sorry. I couldn't think of a good way to tie it off. Also, I am currently looking for a wattpad cover. Anyone who wants to make me one, send it to me. I'd love to see it.
