Louis POV

"Your wife can drive herself home. Why are you here?"

Sam looked down on me from where he was standing. He had a very disapproving look on his face. That was probably about the fact that I currently had my feet propped up on his desk, but hey. I was comfortable.

"I just want to talk to her", I told him, "we have some stuff to discuss."

"I think you two did enough discussing earlier today."

He eyed me, and I just stared right back. I'm not sure what he's talking about.

"Sorry, Sam. I'm confused."

"You were here earlier, were you not?"

"Duh. You offered me some food before I left."

"Exactly. One of the brides of the weddings that we are planning called here screaming because her fiancé pissed her off. Reagan offered to go calm her down. Like she was feeling guilty about something."

"Oh", I said, "so she's not here? That's fine. I'll come back later."

"She should be back soon. But, I'm actually glad that she's not here yet."

"And, why is that?", I asked, shifting my feet on his desk, wrinkling some papers in the process.

He rolled his eyes at my action, but didn't comment on it.

"I need to show you something", he said, walking over to his flatscreen on the dresser behind us.

"Okay, shoot. What is it?"

"I own this place", Sam took a seat in his chair, "It's been mine for almost 10 years."

"Okay....?"

I was bored with this conversation, and I actually wanted to go home now. Reagan and I could talk later.

"So, don't you think I'm somewhat smart?", he asked me.

"I guess so. Is there a point to this conversation?"

"Yes, there is", he smiled slyly.

Am I missing something? And is there something he's not telling me?

"So..", he continued, "since I'm somewhat smart, don't you think I'm smart enough to put cameras in my place of business?"

"Again, I guess. Where is this going, Sam? I have to pick up the twins soon."

"I have CCTV here, Louis."

"We've established that", I sighed, taking my legs off his desk.

"And...", he ignored me, "since I have CCTV, I witnessed your little...session with Reagan in her office earlier."

I don't know if he expected me to feel badly or ashamed. Was I supposed to beg him not to be mad or to ask him to forget what he saw? Unfortunately, I'm a different type of person. So, I laughed. Sam was surprised at my outburst, and probably a little disturbed, but I still continued to laugh. Nice to know that she and I attracted an audience. I'm flattered to be honest. When I was finally done, I stood up and eyed him.

"So..did you enjoy our little show?", I asked him, trying to hold back laughter.

"Of course not. Straight porn disgusts me. I don't know what goes where."

"Then, why are we having this conversation?"

"I just felt you should know that. I'm not the only person that watches the tapes. I have a security guard that comes here at the end of the night and watches them. The only reason I did today is because Reagan would never voluntarily do something."
