Logan didn't stop running. He ignored the voices calling out to him. He kept going and going like nothing could stop him. Logan felt like he failed to save John Wraith, Penny Polendina, and even Pyrrha Nikos. Memories started to run back into his head. Now he remembered Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury. Logan wished he could have remembered sooner before everything went to hell. Right now, Logan just kept going and going.

Colossus, Ororo, and Rogue desperately looked for their leader. Professor Xavier strolled over to them and sadly shook his head. "I'm afraid Logan isn't coming back." Rogue asked, "Why?" Colossus answered, "Wolverine may heal from physical wounds but emotional wounds take long to heal, even for him." Ororo agreed, "Logan is going to need time to emotionally heal." Rogue asked, "If he can't?" Ororo replied, "I do not know." Rogue nodded as two streams of tears rolled down her eyes. Colossus came over to comfort her and she hugged the seven foot tall giant. Xavier had a grave expression on his face. Ororo asked him, "What is wrong, Professor?" Xavier answered, "I sense an evil far much more greater than what we faced this day."

At the Essex Corporation, Mister Sinister went down in an elevator into a secret compound of the company itself. It looked like an ancient throne room. Mister Sinister kneeled down to an 8.5 foot tall being hooked onto a mobile life support system. "Master, Salem's faction has risen to power," reported Mister Sinister. "Should I do something about it?" The being looked at giant computer monitors floating in front of him and replied, "Let them continue their play. Soon I will rise up to power and annihilate what the weak have created. For now let Salem think she's won." Mister Sinister asked, "And what of Cinder Fall?" The being answered, "Supposedly if she has destroyed Ozpin, maybe the girl will have a place as my Horseman. Go to Salem's faction and see what you can find out, Mister Sinister." Mister Sinister nodded, "As you wish, Apocalypse."

An unknown amount of time later...
Logan kept going and going. He walked through the wreckage of Vale. He didn't know how long he'd been going. Logan could smell the concrete in the air, taste the blood in his mouth, and his tears running out of his eyes. He noticed the Grimm were keeping their distance away from him. Logan could see the fear in their eyes. He got so tired of walking, he finally stopped. Logan noticed train tracks in front of his feet. Then he heard a train horn and turned to the right to see a train coming. Then Logan suddenly kneeled down and positioned his throat to the railing. He then allowed the train to ride over his neck, leaving a bloody mess on his uniform and the train tracks. Logan lost consciousness as the wheels continued to tear through his uniform and neck until the train rode away. And that's how the Wolverine died.

A day later, a tall green woman with dark green hair, a light purple long coat, white T-shirt, tight light purple jeans, light purple boots, and magenta glasses walked with a squirrel Faunus girl was walking by until they saw a young man in a yellow, blue, and black uniform laying on the train tracks over a puddle of blood. The woman rushed over to him and kneeled down. "Is he okay, mommy?" asked the girl. The woman could see the young man still breathing. "He is, Doreen, surprisingly," said the woman confused. The young man groans out, "P-Pyrrha... Wraith... P-Penny..." The jade woman grabbed the young man and put him over like a sack of potatoes. "C'mon, honey, let's go home." Doreen nodded, "Yes, mommy." They walked until they passed a sign saying Hulkland.
