POV: Sang
"I think we need to call in some help."
The words seem to echo throughout my brain. Taking slow deep breaths, I draw my feet up into my chest and rest them on the seat. After what Dr. Green had said, the boys had quickly rushed me into the nearest car and we were all headed somewhere... I could feel my heart racing with every twist and turn we took, all the while, hoping that no one would find us as we moved our location once more.
Resting my forehead against my knees, I replayed the scene at the house in my mind and I lingered on the words Dr. Green had stated. Was it alright to open up to more people? To get them involved in something that could harm them or put them at risk. Was it worth it? Was my life worth it?
Feeling a hand appear on my back, I forced a calming breath as it began to slowly to move up and down against the scars on my back. "Are you okay?" Kota's voice is even and tender his hand never hesitating on my back.
"Yeah." I whisper back slowly revealing my face but keeping my head resting on my knees. "Just a little worried about bringing more people into my.. situation. " Feeling the air shift, Kota's arms wrap around me and draw me close to his chest.
Smiling at the simple comfort, I curl into the crook of his shoulder and stay close. "We wouldn't bring anyone else into this if we didn't think that they could help." His voice is closer now and I can feel the slight shift of air from his lips moving close to my ear. Nodding slowly, I take another slow calming breath and I stay close.
Listening to the engine of the car, I doze off for a little while when suddenly the engine kicks off. Sitting up straight, I feel the door opening at my side. Clicking off my belt, I am scooped up into Mr. Blackbourne's muscular arms and I quickly tuck myself close to his ear.
"Is everyone okay?" I state feeling my anxiety grow.
"Everyone is safe. No tails were detected. You all are the last to arrive, everyone else is inside." He states his voice calm and even as he answers my question, pushing all of my anxiety out of my head in an instantly.
I can feel myself melt into his touch in both relief and happiness as he carries me through what I think is a lobby and then into an elevator where I can hear the mechanical workings through the wall. Allowing these couple of moments to collect myself, I study my settings for a couple more seconds before resting my forehead against Mr. Blackbourne's shoulder. Doing my best not to get confused, I allow my senses to tell me where I am, as I hear the slight ding of the elevator and Mr. Blackbourne steps off.
It is almost instantly that I am breathing in a bunch of familiar scents at once and I am unable to keep a big goofy grin off my face. Wiggling slightly, Mr. Blackbourne sets me carefully on my feet and I make my way down the hallway and stop before knocking on the door.
"Kto yebet nakhoditsya u dverey seychas? Skol'ko yeshche lyudey vy ozhidayete?" Who the fuck is at the door now? How many more people are you expecting?
Doing my best to keep a blank face, unsure of what is happening, I hear the click of locks and then suddenly a wave of rich musk washes over me. There is a moment of pause before there is a hitch of breath and I am able to collect information.
He is about two feet taller than me. Obviously Russian, probably from Omsk from the accent. Built large, muscular for sure since the wind was completely blocked when he opened the door, which was tapping slightly against the back wall.
"Nu privet krasivaya. Vy zdes', chtoby prisoyedinit'sya ko mne v posteli?" Well hello beautiful. Are you here to join me in bed? The voice is deep and rough but there is a slight hint of laughter mixed in meaning that he knew exactly who I was. Well buddy you are in for a rude awakening.
Posledniy chelovek, kotorogo ya prisoyedinilsya okazalsya v tyur'me. Ty uveren? The last person I joined ended up in jail. Are you sure?
