I wake up with a weight on my chest. I look and see it's Joe's head, peacefully asleep. The laptop is half on my leg and half in the crevasse between Joe and I. I slide it off me and carefully get out of bed, placing Joe's head down on the bed. He doesn't wake up.
He looks so funny i decide to snapchat it.

I then get a text from Cody.
Cody: double date??
He must be indicating Joe and I with him and Riley. Pretty good idea.
Me: ofc! Breakfast at Bob Evans? Cody: sure, meet you in 30 minutes.
I go and start running the water, waving my hand under the running water trying to get it to the perfect temperature.
I'm greeted by some hands wrapping around my waist from behind. "Mind if i join you?" his husky voice says against my neck as he starts leaving kisses, shooting goosebumps up my arms.
I close my eyes as his lips do the work.
I break out of the trance by moving his hands off me then turning around to face him. "Woah There." i say as i spun around. "We're going to meet Cody and his new girlfriend, Riley in 30 minutes." i tell him and he sighs.
But then he smirks. "Still plenty of time." he says then clashing his lips to mine. I let out a giggle as our lips collide, wrapping my arms around his neck. We start undressing each other until we're both naked and in the shower.
Lets just say, the shower wasn't the only thing that was heated.

"Took long enough." Cody greets us as we walk to their booth, but Riley isn't there.
"Sorry, had a steamy shower." Joe smirks at me and i feel my cheeks get hot. Cody's face grows with disgust but laughs out the words. "Good to know."
"Where's Riley?" i say disappointedly.
"Bathroom." he uses his thumb to point behind him. I smile when i see her walk up to us.
"Oh Hi. You must be Emma and Joe. I'm Riley." she says with such joy, and a bright smile. She seems super positive.
I stand up to greet her while saying "Yeah! It's so great to meet you." we both go in for a hug, like we've known each other forever, then sit back next to our boyfriends.
We make small talk all through breakfast but talking about lots of things.
I really get to know Riley and Cody was right, I do really like her. She's so positive, kind, optimistic and really friendly.
We start to walk to our cars when Riley links her arm in mine. "We should go shopping together." she smiles warmly at me.
I smile back at the suggestion. "Sounds great! You should text me." I pull out my phone handing it to her, to put her number in.
"Okay!" she says as if the most popular kid just asked her to a party. But i smile at her enthusiasm.
"Joe take a picture of us for snapchat." i demand.

it was a bit off guard but it was cute and i didn't feel like taking another one.
I already feel close with Riley and I can't wait to see what this new friendship has in store.
