Jungkook- Ice Skating

 Jungkook was never the romantic type. Not that you minded, you weren't super into that kind of stuff either, but sometimes you just wanted to go out with him, do something fun. He would rather stay at home and watch a movie which you were normally okay with, but at the same time you expected something a little more exotic from the golden maknae. You would never tell him of course, afraid you would hurt his poor baby feelings.

You made a huge mistake of accidentally letting it out around Taehyung, knowing you were in trouble the moment he raised his eyebrows. You were currently at home, kicking your legs back and forth on the counter as you waited for your hot chocolate to finish when you heard the front door open.

"Y/N?" You heard Jungkook call.

You swallowed hard. "In here." You yelled back, really hoping that you were not about to be in an insanely awkward situation right now, but the moment you saw his face, your stomach fell.

"Can I talk to you about something?" He asked, slipping his jacket off and leaning on the counter you were sitting on.

You nodded slowly. "Of course." You tried to keep your voice straight, but it wasn't working.

"Well," He let out a long sigh as he looked down. "I was talking to Taehyung today, and he said that the other day he was talking to you and you said that you were upset about how this was going."

"No!" You cried, sliding off the counter and grabbing at his hands. "No that's not it at all! In no way am I unhappy with you, or how this is going."

"That's what Taehyung said." Jungkook muttered.

Your heart hurt just looking at him. "He misinterpreted big time. Truthfully, I was just talking to one of my friends who was telling me about this date she went on. I said it was cool and sounded romantic, that was all. Taehyung must of thought it would be funny to twist my words." Wouldn't be the first time.

"Are you sure?" Jungkook finally looked up at you. "Because he said that you sounded kind of jealous about it."

"That's ridiculous." You rolled your eyes. "I've never been into the lovey dovey stuff, you know that."

"But maybe once in awhile you might be." He shrugged lightly.

"I don't need a big fancy date, I just want to spend time with you. I don't care what we are doing as long as we are together, okay?"

Jungkook took in a deep breath. "You're sure?"

"Of course i'm sure." You gave him a reassuring smile. "Now, I made hot chocolate, and finally bought the new avengers movie. What do you say?"

Jungkook finally smiled, nodding his cute little head. Relief flooded your body at the sight of his bunny teeth. Him upset was your biggest weakness, you couldn't even handle it.

It was snowing by morning. You were straightening up the kitchen when Jungkook walked in, already dressed.

"I've got a few errands to run." He said leaning on the counter. "Do you want to come?"

You nodded happily. "I'll go get dressed."

"Make sure to dress warm." He called after you. "It's cold outside."

You didn't really pay attention to where you were going once you got in the car. You were too focused on your conversation with Jungkook, your eyes only going forward when you stopped. You looked around, confused by the new area.

"Where are we?" You asked as Jungkook turned off the car.

"I know yesterday you said what Taehyung told me was not true but," Oh no. "I know for a fact you meant it. You were just trying not to hurt my feelings, right?"

You pursed your lips as you looked down at your hands. "Jungkook, really it's-"

"Y/N, if you want something from me you should really just ask." He tilted his head. "I'll do anything for you, you know that."

"But I really-" You tried.

"Yeah yeah, i'm great, this is great, we are both mutual with the no dates thing, but you're not the only one wanting this, I promise." He took your hand in his, getting you to look up at him. "So don't pout at me, it'll just make me sad."

You immediately changed your face, getting Jungkook to laugh at you. He slipped out of the car and opened your side, helping you out, keeping your hand tightly in his.

"So I asked Jin Hyung what I should do." He said as the two of you started walking. "And he said, since it's cold and all, that we should-" He stopped himself as you reached it.

"Oh my god." You breathed, a slow grin appearing. "You're kidding." You looked over at him.

"Yay! It's going to be so fun!" He cheered, pulling you into the ice skating rink.

"Jungkook," You tilted your head as he got skates for both of you. "I can't even walk on normal ground, what makes you think i'll be able to skate?"

"Don't worry, Jagiya." He looked up at you as he tied your skates. "You can hold onto me the whole time." He winked, causing your cheeks to grow even redder than they already were.

He took your hand as the two of you slowly made your way out onto the ice. You clutched onto Jungkook as you unstably moved. Jungkook laughed at your cute self, gladly letting you cling onto him. As you started to get used to it, your grip loosened lightly.

"See," Jungkook smiled. "You just need to hold onto me and-"

Your breath caught as he suddenly lost his balance and his eyes grew wide. He stumbled for only a second before falling straight down. He still had a slight grip on your hand, so you had to make sure you were steady before you allowed yourself to crack up.

Jungkook cleared his throat awkwardly as he struggled to get up for a second, dusting off the ice.

"I guess you are the one that has to hold onto me." You giggled, laughing even more when he glared at you.

"You say nothing of this to any of the members, understood?" He pointed, holding on tight to your hand.

"Don't worry, golden Maknae, I won't ruin your image." You grinned, cuddling into his arm. He huffed out a breath, trying to brush off what just happened, believing in you to keep it a secret, but you were already pulling out your phone, searching for Taehyung's name.

Guuuys I finally finished these in the middle of stupid spring. I'm the worst but it's fine. Jungkook upset get's me too. Like, for real I CANNOT handle it. It's like... yeah no i'm so good thanks.
