You rolled out your neck and shoulders, closing your eyes as you let the sun set on your face for a second. You only had a few minutes before your next class, but since it was so nice outside you decided to get some studying done.

Your friend was supposed to meet you like 20 minutes ago but she never showed. You didn't worry too much about it, knowing the two of you probably wouldn't have gotten much done anyway, but you were slightly confused. She never missed your study dates, and if she was going to be late she always texted you. You thought about messaging her, but right as you decided to reach for your phone, you didn't have to anymore.

You saw her a little ways away, sitting on one of the stair railings as a boy was all up in her business. A boy you unfortunately knew.

You and this girl weren't super tight, you were in a few of the same science classes and you studied a lot together, but you barely hung out in your free time. Even so, you knew the boy she was talking to was way too toxic for a girl like her. No matter how much she would deny it, she was insanely naive and innocent. A good girl to the teeth.

You wouldn't let him do this again.

Sliding your textbook into your bag, you pulled the headphones out of your ears, letting them hang around your neck as you made your way towards the two. Neither of them saw you until you cleared your throat, painting a fake smile, forcing yourself not to snarl when he turned to look at you, instantly smirking.

"Y/N!" F/N cheered. "Oh, no I'm sorry I totally forgot we were going to study." Her smile fell.

"All good," You batted off, tilting your head to look at the one and only Jeon Jungkook. "So when did you two start talking?"

"Oh Y/N this is Jungkook, he-"

"I know who he is." You looked back at her, your smile finally gone. "Do you know who he is?"

She gave you a confused look. "Yeah... I just said he's-"

"He's really good at lying." Your glare fixed back on Jungkook. "You don't want to be talking to him."

She blinked, rather surprised at your outbreak. "Y/N... That's kinda rude you know..."

"Is it?" You bit out. "I'm pretty sure that's his native tongue."

Jungkook hissed in a breath through his teeth, still grinning. No one ended up saying anything as the hour bell echoed through the school grounds, giving you the perfect out, not wanting to be around him for any longer.

"Stay away from him." You growled, starting to walk away. "You don't know where he's been."

You could faintly hear F/N frantically apologize to Jungkook and stumble with catching up to you. "Y/N what the hell?" She breathed once reaching your side.

"I know what you're thinking." You shook your head. "He's handsome, charming, he's going to give you the world or whatever." You didn't bother looking at her. "But he's going to leave you in the dust the second he's done."

F/N jerked her head back. "This isn't like you at all... Y/N he's a nice guy, I've known him for a few days now."

"I've known him for longer." You finally turned to face her. "Get out while you can, I know you think he's a good guy, but it's just a matter of time before you realize he's no good for you."

She pursed her lips, shaking her head. "He bought me coffee yesterday, he's really sweet, I don't what he did to make you act like this, but maybe he's changed since you've known him, he's like, perfect." She smiled slightly, blushing.
