Let's go for a rideYou kept pulling down your shirt that your sister claims is a dress. "S/N, are you-" You struggled. "Are you sure this is not too short?"
"Hum?" You sister looked up from her phone. "No Y/N of course not, it's the same length as a dress, it's just fine. Besides, your legs rock, why not show them off?"
"Because." You huffed. "I've been stressing about this for weeks, I feel like this is just going to make me uncomfortable."
You had been on a few "dates" with Hoseok before, but they weren't really dates, more of just the two of you hanging out, getting to know each other. You had liked him for a while and fucking finally he asked you out. You wanted nothing more than for this to be perfect and here your sister was, giving you a big ass shirt and fishnet tights. The outfit itself was badass but on you...
"Y/N chill you look hot." She laid back on the bed. "What are you guys going to do?"
"Not sure." You finally decided to leave the outfit alone and start on your hair. "He just said to dress casually."
"Aww." Your sister turned so she was facing you. "He knows that you don't like fancy stuff so he's keeping it casual."
"Our relationship is casual." You rolled your eyes. "We might just walk around the main street maybe, just like last time."
"I don't know." She sighed out. "This is a real date Y/N, I think you guys might do something else. Despite what you think Hoseok is pretty romantic."
"He's not romantic." I shook my head. "He's just... extroverted."
"Uhu." Your sister nodded with a smirk as she stood up from the bed. "I've gotta get going, but good luck and have fun." She put a light hand on your shoulder before disappearing from your room.
You looked at yourself in the mirror with all the pieces together. The whole outfit, your hair straightened for once, and a little makeup. Unfortunately, you sucked at makeup. If you had any skill at all you'd be glamming it up but... brown eyeshadow can't really go wrong so that's what you were rocking.
"Okay Y/N calm down." You talked to yourself. "It's just like every other time, just be yourself, don't talk too much about stupid stuff and you should be fine." You took in a few breaths. "Oh! And don't forget gum you're going to need th-"
The sound of the doorbell echoing through the house caught your attention.
He's here.
You nodded to yourself once in the mirror, grabbing your bag and running down the stairs, straightening out your hair before opening the door.
Hoseok looked up at the sound of the door, giving you a bright smile. His hair was styled to perfection just like it always was. He was wearing something normal for him, a striped shirt and a flannel drifting over. God... freakin punk always looked so good without trying.
"Y/N!" He grinned, looking you up and down. "Whaaa, you look good I've never seen you wear something like this."
"Blame my sister." You huffed.
"You mean thank." He gave you a subtle wink.
You hit his arm lightly, walking past him so he wouldn't see you blush. "So what are we doing?"
"There's this really good street food place not too far from here, you know the one I was telling you about last time?"
"Oh yeah!" You pointed. "I remember it sounded really good."
