"Y/N. There's a little- uh- problem. I need to steal you away." Monty stated, sending a glance in Bellamy's direction. His grip tightened on your waist, but you leaned onto your toes to give him a quick kiss.

"I'll be right back." You reassured him, before scurrying away. He watched you closely, over thinking the closeness between you and Monty. Overthinking the time you had spent with him. Overthinking everything, and he couldn't stand it.

After seemingly hours, you still hadn't finished up with the engineering boy. Bellamy had gotten tired of it, his suspicions clouding his mind. He stomped into the open room, eyes scanning the space, only to see you beside of Monty.

He had been showing you a faulty wire as you peered over his shoulder. But Bellamy saw the worst.

"Y/N!" His voiced boomed a bit too loud. This caused you and Monty both to jump, your eyes focusing on the man. "Can I steal you away?"

"Babe, I'm kinda busy." You told him, his eyes narrowing. His arms crossed stubbornly over his chest, chest puffing up. He blocked your way to the shelf across the room, your eyes rolling in annoyance.

"Could you just come with me?"

"Bell-" you were cut off as his lips collided with yours, tongue forcefully parting your lips. You gasped as his arms wrapped around you, lips trailing down your neck. Lips ghosting past your skin, he nibbled your ear lightly.

"Sure you can't spare a second?"

"May have just cleared up a few minutes." You let out a shaky breath, slowly pulling away from Bellamy. After having a second to compose yourself, you walked back up the deck to where Monty sat.

"Hey, uhm-"

"Save it." Monty said, holding his hand up. A small smirk danced across his lips, but you knew he would have pleaded you to spare the details. "Go, but I need you back within an hour."
