Tossing and turning, the shift pulled Jasper from his sleep. An annoyed groan, his eyes fluttered open to see the girl laying aside him. Your lips moved aimlessly, hand palming the sheets with a wrinkled forehead.
"Jasper, no." He watched you closely, how your lips pursed and nose scrunched up. You turned to your side, nuzzling closer to Jasper's body. But that still didn't seem to stop you.
"Y/N. Hey, wake up." He cooed in your ear, hands running gently over your back. "You're having a bad dream." One hand pushed through your hair, playing with the locks. "Y/N, come on love."
That's when you snapped awake, forehead bumping harshly into his cheekbone. "Ow, shit babe, sorry." You muttered, pressing a hand against both your head and his face. "Whats going on?"
"You kept tossing and turning. And uh, you said my name in your sleep." He noticed your face drop into a sad frown, hand dropping from your own head but staying against his cheek. Thumb brushing against his skin, you drew a deep breath.
"Yeah, it- it wasn't a good dream." Your head bowed. Jasper cupped your cheeks in his hands, placing a gentle kiss on your lips.
"We can talk about it, if you want to."
"Actually, can we just try to go back to sleep?" A small smile adorning his face, Jasper gave you a small nod, pulling you into his side. Laying your head against his chest, you drew in a deep breath and allowed yourself to relax against him.
