Mark saw her as soon as he entered the pub. He looked at Shane and shook his head. You've got to be kidding me. We didn't know! Shane lied, but the smile on his face betrayed everything. Shane had promised himself not to laugh, but he just couldn't help himself, when he saw Mark's face. Oh boys, let's go somewhere else. Sheila's having such a great evening. I am only going to spoil it for her. Nicky put his arm around Mark and said, it doesn't have to be that way, you know. You can also "make" her night. What is it with you anyway? You're sobbing about it, by locking yourself up on your hotel room and Sheila is sobbing about it at Shane's hotel room. Mark looked aside at Shane. Is that true? Why? What did she say? Shane looked at Sheila, who was just about to go singing a song with Dean, when he answered, she misses you like crazy. She said she can't live without you, but she doesn't want to force you, into a marriage you don't want. Which is for her a message, you have doubts about a long term relationship with her. Mark took a deep breath. Oh lads, I am so sorry I put you up with my shit. Kian slammed him against his chest. Hé, that's what friends are for, isn't it?! Shane laughed. Kian is right, that's what friends are for and don't forget, Sheila brought Gillian and me together as well, remember? Mark frowned. In Africa, silly! Hmm yeah, you're right. Nicky still had his arm around Mark's shoulders when he slowly pushed him inside. And look what she did in London the other day, when she brought the girls over as a surprise. We never performed so well as after that night. And during that night, Nicky smiled at him, with a naughty look on his face and pulled up an eyebrow. Okay, okay, I get your point, Mark smiled and looked at Sheila who was standing there, not aware of what her appearance did to him.

He knew this little dress she was wearing so well and he felt his body respond to the memories he had of it. How he opened the six buttons on the top and caressed her well-shaped breasts, while she sat on his lap and moved sensually to turn him on even more. She always knew how to turn him on, or make him feel comfortable. Mark smiled, thinking about how he knew too, how to find her "buttons" what that was concerned. But it wasn't just sex that bonded them. Sure making love was important, but the thing he missed the most, was her smile, the conversations they had about everything, the way she moved around the house, which made it a home for him. He missed everything about her.

When he felt awful, she was always there to talk to and mostly he felt better afterwards. Before they had an intimate relationship, he talked with her till the early morning without touching her. Only the last part changed as they got involved. And yes, he couldn't get enough of her, but still.... one of the best memories he had of her, from the last few weeks, was the one where they sat outside in the garden talking about all kinds of issues in their lives and the barbecue that evening. She always surprised him. She brought the sunlight into his life. He didn't understand either, why he freaked out at the Graham Norton show. He still hated himself for the feeling he got, back then and the way he responded. But after missing her for two weeks now, he realized it had been enough. They were meant to be together, but how could he tell her this without scaring her away? Mark looked at Sheila and loved to see her smile like that again. Although they had seen each other every day, it just hadn't been the same.

While the boys walked further into the pub, the music started and Dean began to sing.

/ I wanna call the stars down from the sky / I wanna live a day that never dies / I wanna change the world only for you / all the impossible I wanna do...

The crew, who still sat at the table, saw the boys coming in and started to scream and whistle. Hé lads, just on time! Freddy called out loud and pointed at Dean and Sheila. Mark buddy, I think it's time for you to sing a song, John said to Mark while he pushed him towards the bar. Oh boys come on! Sheila doesn't want to sing with me and he blushed, nervous of the way she would respond to his presence here.
