"No! Trent, no!" Melanie slowly walked backwards as Trenton walked towards her with a beretta in his hand, pointing it in her face. "Baby, don't do this." Melanie glanced at her best friend, Loren, who's body laid lifeless on the other side of the room.
"You better not mutter a single word to anybody." He threatened as he cornered her, placing the gun on forehead. "You hear me?"
She cried. "Yes." She nodded her head, trying not to let hear tears fall freely. Melanie couldn't believe what just happened.
"Now, you're going to help me get rid of her body." Trenton said in a calm tone. Melanie was afraid of the way he switched moods. He was just angry a second ago and now he's calm.
After he placed the gun on his backside, he grabbed Melanie's arm, forcing her to stand by Loren and she cried even harder.
"Shut the fuck up!" Trenton yelled with rage. "Or your ass would be just like her."
She gasped, placing her hands over her mouth. She couldn't believe that her fiancé killed her best friends, right before her eyes. The man that she planned to spend the rest of her life with was a murderer. Never in a million years did she think Trenton could be capable of something like this, but now that she knows, she can't escape. He'd already told her before that if she ever tried to leave him that he would kill her and since he had a gun to her head, after he killed her bestfriend, she knew he wasn't lying.
Melanie breathed heavily, she had no clue what to do. She wished she could squeeze her eyes shut and disappear from this problem.
"Mel!" Trenton yelled. "Come on! Grab her legs!" He demanded.
Together, they stuffed Loren's body in a large, black bag, and put in the trunk of Trenton's car.
Melanie never saw anything like this coming on her trip to Mexico with Trenton and Loren. Trenton owned a house in Mexico that they were going to spend a fews weeks at, just for a little vacation. She thought that it'll be filled with fun and adventures with her fiancé and her best friend, but she see now that her trip turned into a nightmare and will leave a harsh memory with her for the rest of her life.
"Get in the car." He demanded.
Melanie wanted to fight his orders, but after see what Trenton did to Loren, she figured the same thing could happen to her. The entire car ride, Melanie wept silently. She never knew how much she could fear the man that she was going to marry.
"Why are you doing this Trent?" Melanie cried. "What's gotten into you?"
He shot her a look and then put his eyes back on the road. "I couldn't stand taht bitch from day one. I've been trying to get rid of her ever since we met."
She was shocked at his ansere. She never detected Trenton having any hard feelings toward Loren, especially enough to kill her.
Their car ride seemed to be very long. It was pitch black outside and they were in a wood area. Melanie had no clue where they were or where they were going.
They rode for a while until they pulled up to a body of water. "Where are we?"
Trenton parked the car as close to the water as he could get it and go out.
Melanie sat still, not knowing what to do. She knew he was about to take Loren's body out the trunk and throw her in the water. Just the thought of her best friend being murdered and thrown into water, gave her a terrible feeling, but knowing it was her own fiancé who's behind it all, made her feel worse.
