It was almsot three in the morning and Destiny crept out the king sized bed, she shared with her boyfriend, Trenton. She slipped on her sandals and quietly left the room.

She disarmed the alarm of Trenton's large house, so that she could get away. The only thing she had on her were keys and her Michael Kors tote bag. She got in her car and drove away from the mansion of terror.

Driving out the driveway and out the gates of the mansion, Destiny took a glance at the mansion, hoping it was the last time she'd ever see it.

She had no clue where she was driving to. She wanted to get as far away from him as she could. After driving for over an hour, she was in Baton Rouge and she stopped and checked into a hotel.

Getting into her room, she pulled out her phone, calling her close friend, Allie.

Allie was a friend of Destiny whom she went to school with. Allie is twenty-two and has been a video vixen since she was eighteen. She introduced it to Destiny and is one reason Destiny wanted to do it. She is Destiny's closest friend and the only one Destiny trusted.

"Dest?" Allie answered the phone. "What's up? Everything okay?" She asked. Destiny could tell that Allie was sleeping before she called.

"Yeah, everything is fine." Destiny answered.

"Are you at the house?" Allie asked. "Is Trenton there?" She asked.

"No, I'm in Baton Rouge." Destiny answered.

"Baton Rouge?" Allie questioned. "Why are you out there?" She asked.

"I had to get out of there, Al." She said. "I can't stay anymore." Destiny said with uneasiness.

"Why didn't you just come to my house?" Allie asked. "That way, you wouldn't be alone."

"Trent would definitely find me there, he'll know that's the first place I'll go."

"Sweetie, you don't need to be in Baton Rouge all by yourself. Come back here, Dest." Allie tried to persuade her.

"Allie, you know Trent would have showed up at your house in a heartbeat." Destiny responded. "I'm fine here. I just have to figure out what I'm going to do, because I'm not going home."

"How about you call your cousin?" Allie advised.

"I told you before, my cousin is not going to let me come back to her." Destiny felt bad for what she did when Mya allowed her to let her stay with her the first time. She knew there was no way Mya was going to welcome her back into her home.

"You never know, until you give it a try." Allie said. "Just keep in touch with me, so that I'll know you're okay."

Once she ended the call with Allie, Destiny went into the bathroom to take a bath. Turning the light on as she entered the bathroom, the first thing she noticed was her face, she didn't see the bruises from Trent gave her from the previous night.

She physically felt the pain but she didn't bother to take a look at herself. The black eye, busted lip, and the red marks around her neck from when Trent nearly choked her to death. She'd never been in this kind of situation. Domestic violence was something she'd never thought she'd experience.

She then spotted the bruises on her side, as she halfway turned in the large mirror. From her side, there were more bruises on her back. How did all of this of this happen?

Destiny couldn't believe that the man she had fallen in love with was physically and emotionally destroying her, that's why she ran away from him. She loved him deeply, but the way he treated was ruining her.
