My morning began with me on the beach, just watching the waves. I was unsure on how long I had been out here, but I did know that Brooke would notice soon. Little did I know, she was right behind me.

"Watcha doing, handsome?" She smirked, taking a seat next to me.

"I never told her." I stated, shaking my head, "Before she... I never told her that SHE was MY mom, and that I loved her. All I said was that it was okay..."

"Baby, she knew you loved her." She sighed, rubbing her hand across my back, "Your eyes speak when you don't."

I just nodded and she wrapped her arms around me, resting her chin on my shoulder.

"Haley always held us together... and now, I can't help her or bring her back. I need her just as much..."

"We'll get her back." Brooke promised, giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"How ya holdin' up?" Alex chirped, taking a spot next to me.

"Just taking it day by day." I sighed, giving her a small smile, "How about you?"

"Honestly, ever since this movie I have been better than ever! Something amazing happened."

"Like what?" I scoffed, "Julian hasn't heard anything back yet, and if he doesn't then all of that work was for nothing."

"Nothing, huh?" Alex raised an eyebrow, "Getting Brooke back is nothing? Finding another career path is nothing? Tobin James, this movie was the best thing in the world... for both of us."

I pursed my lips in deep thought. I exhaled, slamming down the rest of my drink.

"Catch you guys later." I sighed.

We arrived at our group cabin in Utah, and it was massive! It didn't even seem like a cabin with how nice and how luxurious everything inside was.

"Now, there are limited bedrooms, so go fast! Unfortunately, Alex and I already have dibs on the master." Julian smirked, causing everyone to bolt in different directions. Brooke being one of them as she nearly ripped my arm out of its socket when she grabbed me.

Later on, there was a massive snowball fight among all of us. I nailed Brooke over and over again until she chose to tackle me to the ground. We were full of laughter and smiles, way more than there was lately... obviously. It was nice and heart warming. I caressed her face and pulled her into a gentle kiss, ending with our foreheads and noses touching.

By the time it was dark out, Brooke and I had made our way into the hot tub. She said I needed to 'relax more'.

"This needs to go well..." I sighed.

"Just try enjoying it... with me." Brooke smirked.

"Yeah, Tobes, just enjoy it!" Jamie stated, "It's a good life."

"Yeah, okay!" I laughed, splashing him in the face with some water.

The next night was the day of the premiere, and we were in our room getting ready.

"Baby, are you ready?" Brooke shouted, coming from the bathroom.

"I would be if I could get this damn tie to look good!" I scoffed, fiddling more with my tie.

Brooke breathed out a laugh and came over to help me. "Hey, this movie is great and so are you! Your mom would be so proud of you, and I know for a fact that she's going to be there with us watching it."

"What would I do without you, Brooke Davis." I smiled, holding her hands in mine.

"Well, if we don't leave now then we won't make it to your premiere!" She teased, giving me a kiss on the lips, "Lets go."

The next day I spent with Brooke, just walking around the area.

"I told you it would go great!" She gloated, "This trip has been perfect."

"Well, almost perfect..." I smirked, getting a look from her. "Jamie gave me this gold star for luck, wanna see it?"

She nodded yes and held out her hand, waiting for me to place it. Which, I placed something in her hand... just not a gold star. Instead, I placed an engagement ring. But, this time, it wasn't just any ring.

"Tobin..." She breathed.

"This was my mom's ring." I started, "She wrote me a letter, saying that the next choice I make without her... will be the biggest and most important decision I make. So, be that decision for me... Brooke Davis. Be the best decision for me, like you always have been and marry me all over again."

She waited for a moment. Probably trying to calm herself down with all of the tears she had coming down her cheeks. As I used my thumb to wipe away a tear, she finally answered.

"Yes!" She cried, nodding over and over again.

I smiled wide and slowly slid the ring onto her finger, giving her a long and passionate kiss afterwards.

"I love you." She cried.

"I was hoping you would." I teased.

She just shook her head and wrapped her arms around my neck, tighter than ever before.
