A new beginning

Let the courting begin

The days past in a blur, Jake and David came over everyday. I would always run out to meet him" Jakie, I am so happy you are here." He would laugh and kiss the tip of my nose. We would walk and talk, Annie would keep an eye on us a bit. But when she would watch us long enough, she would go in the house. Jake would then pick me up and kiss me with such passion. My blood would boil with a fiery passion, he was the only one who could quench it.

The passion in our eyes mirrored each others. Jake smiled" I can't get enough of you." I giggled" well don't think you are by yourself in that feeling." His lips met mine in a fiery hot kiss, I was melting even more if that was possible. I had packed a picnic lunch, we were suppose to be heading for the clearing by the pond. He put me down and picked up the basket, we walked over in between tall grass by the pond.

I giggled " this is going to be so romantic. "

Jake smiled" it's just a picnic, but with you it can be whatever you like."

I smiled to myself if he only knew what he was getting himself into.

We arrived at our picnic spot, we spread out the blanket. For a fall day it was pretty warm, I am told it is what they call an Indian summer. Even though it was fall it was cool out but just like a spring day. He sat down and pulled me onto his lap.

I giggled " I like this, did you ever think when you came to pick up my brother and I that you would end up like this?"

Jake laughed" I would have never thought that I would ever get married."

I smiled" so do you plan on ever getting married?"

He looked into my eyes" I am really thinking about that, but I want to take things slow for right now."

I smiled" well don't take to long someone might come along and snatch me up."

He stared at me" they better not, your mine."

I smiled" well no promise or ring so it is fair game for any man to come sweep me off of my feet."

Jake growled" No one in his right mind will be able to claim your affections besides me."

I smiled at him" well you never know."

He rolled me onto my back with him leaning over me" take it back Lizzie."

I shook my head playful" nope I don't have a promise from you, so if you want me your gonna have to promise me." Jake smiled" okay, I Jake Hughpromise to love Elizabeth Walters to my dying day." I pulled him down onto me" good now kiss me." Jake closed the space between our lips.

We kissed wildly, but passionately as we rolled around on the blanket. I didn't want him to stop, but as on cue he pulled back. I whimpered" come on Jakie I want more." I pouted and he laughed " you are so beautiful when you pout.

" I smiled " so do I get what I want?"

Jake laughed " afraid not princess, you will have to be patient."

I shook my head" but I don't want to wait I want you to make love to me."

Jake kissed Me and smiled as he sat me up" let's eat princess, I don't know about you but I am hungry."

I crossed my arms and pouted" but I want more of you, I am wanting more of you."

Jake shook his head" when the time is right, not before that but I will kiss that pout off of your face." He snickered and I nodded" yes please more kisses." He kissed me and like a greedy child I took every kiss I could.

David and Megan were walking down the lane. David lead her to a path that lead up to a waterfall, he smiled" close your eyes."

Megan giggled" why?"

David smiled wickedly" it's a surprise."

Megan closed her eyes and let him lead her to the spot he wanted to surprise her in. As he sat her down on a rock right in front of the waterfall. He got down on his knee and held a ring box. Megan sighed" can I open my eyes now?"

David smiled" yes", and positioned the ring box open. Megan opened her eyes and looked around. The waterfall behind her was stunning and as she turned around to look at Davud she gasped. David smiled" Megan, since you came into my life, you have brightened my life."

Megan had tears form in her eyes, He continued" I want you around to forever so my life can finally be complete."

Megan stared at him" And you are the love of my life."

David smiled " would you make me the happiest man on earth if you will become my wife?"

Megan jumped up and smiled " yes, yes, I want to marry you today!"

David slipped the ring on her finger, and caught her in a bear hug and placed many kisses on her face. Megan giggled with the joy of being newly engaged. David kissed her with passion that lit her soul on fire. This is what Lizzie keeps describing to her. I feel bad for her if Jake kisses like this everyday. How can she handle this and not want to do more?

Jake and I had a nice picnic lunch, we kissed more but that was it. I wanted to farther, I knew he wanted to go that far too. But he wouldn't, he kept holding back for some reason. I was going to wear him down whether he liked it or not. I was going to get what I wanted one way or another from him. So I enjoyed the closeness with him as much as he would allow me to get. He started this fire in me that only he could quench. I knew that I would be looked down upon in society. But I didn't care I wanted him and only him.
