After a terrifying car ride Yoshi got out of the passenger side of the car feeling like he was going to throw up; Ritsu had refused to let him drive. Ritsu knew Jinpachi was at her dad's house and she stormed into the house shouting, "Jinpachi where the hell are you, you sorry excuse for a human being"

Ritsu found him sitting in the main lounge. When Ritsu saw him, she grabbed the closest thing to her which, was an ashtray made out of marble and threw it at him.

Jinpachi dodged it then said "So the little whore told you then. I was wondering how long it was going to take her to say something."

Ritsu ran at him ready to beat him with all of her might when her father stepped in and caught her. "What the hell is this all about," he said holding Ritsu back.

Ritsu was still trying to fight to get free when she said "Jinpachi I want to know the truth. Did you rape Mimi" Ritsu shouted.

When Genma heard this he let Ritsu go because he was in shock and Ritsu took her chance and jumped on Jinpachi knocking the two of them off the chair. Ritsu had hold of his throat and was squeezing it.

Jinpachi grinned wildly at Ritsu and said ''Would you like to know how she moaned with pleasure and told me not to stop or how about how she was begging me to do it."

Ritsu tightened her grip on Jinpachi's throat and both Genma and Yoshi had to pull her off.

When they pulled Ritsu off of Jinpachi Genma said "Does someone want to explain to me what is going on. What do you mean Jinpachi raped Mimi."

Ritsu stopped trying to get free then said "Yoshi give me your Phone."

Yoshi handed it to her. Yoshi had taken pictures of Mimi and her injuries when she was in hospital and was going to send them to Shigure but decided it would be best if Shigure saw everything in person.

Ritsu pulled up the pictures and showed them to her father and said "That asshole did all of that to Mimi in her home a few days after Hatori and Mimi separated. He also tried to rape her but stopped and knocked Mimi out so the only person who knows if Mimi was raped is him." Ritsu then tried to go for Jinpachi again.

"That's enough!" Genma shouted "NOW answer the question Jinpachi!"

Jinpachi stopped grinning. He knew his fun was over and answered, "No I didn't, although the bitch deserved it.''

Genma walked over to Jinpachi and hit him across the face then said "You are no longer welcomed in this family. Get out. Because you are my sister's son you can keep the money and everything you have now, but that is the last thing you will get from me. You are on your own from now on and don't bother showing your face at work either. ''

Jinpachi started to leave then Genma said "And one more thing. If you ever lay another finger on Mimi I will take care of you myself and believe me no one will find your body."

Genma was truly saddened by what happened to Mimi. He always thought of Mimi as his daughter. Genma looked at Ritsu and said "When Mimi is ready I would like to see her, until then let her know I am truly sorry for what Jinpachi has done to her."

...At the same time at Hatori's penthouse...

Shigure banged on the door, when Natsume answered the door Shigure gave her a dirty look. "I hope you're happy with yourself. I know everything. Now where the hell is he," Shigure said pushing past her.
