It was finally the day of Liam and I's wedding. Damn, time really flew by fast. Liam and I haven't been fighting so much for the last couple of weeks. We were both so busy preparing things for the wedding that we didn't really find any time to.
We were getting married at a gorgeous restaurant in Brooklyn called River Café. It had a gorgeous view of the city and the place itself was beautiful as well. I was in a room getting ready with Hailey, Luna, Rose, Lottie, Eleanor and unfortunately, Violet. Whatever, I wasn't going to let her ruin my wedding day.
"You girls look so gorgeous." I smiled looking at everyone except for Violet. She rolled her eyes.
"Look at you, though!" Rose exclaimed. "You look absolutely stunning in that dress! Liam is so lucky to have you."
"Aw, thanks, Rose. That means a lot."
"You really do, Willow." Luna smiled.
"Thank you!" I replied. "How is Rain doing?"
"She's great! I love her so much. She's just such a blessing."
"That's awesome! I'm sure Zayn has been a great father too. I've always seen him being a perfect parent."
There seemed to be just a hint of sadness in Luna's eyes. "Yeah, he's really been very helpful! He's so good to Rain."
"Luna, are you okay?" I asked, my voice full of concern.
The sadness suddenly disappeared as if it were never there to begin with. "Of course!"
I just nodded and decided not to day anything else. Maybe I was just misinterpreting the situation. I'm sure everything was just fine.
"Stay out of their business, Willow. It's not your place to judge their relationship. Remember what happened last time you did that?" Violet piped up smirking.
"Violet, it's my wedding day. That means I'm not going to let your bullshit ruin my special occasion." I retorted.
"I'm just speaking the truth." Violet mumbled.
"Violet, that is enough." Hailey snapped and shut her up.
Once Hailey was calm, she turned back to me. "So how are you feeling right now?"
"I'm very excited but also, I'm hella nervous." I admitted.
"That's how I felt on my wedding day too, I know how you feel. But I promise you that once you start walking down that aisle and you look into your soon-to-be husband's eyes, you'll feel much more relaxed."
I began to calm down. If Hailey could do it, so could I. The outcome of this was going to be worth it. Liam was going to be my husband and I had been looking forward to it for months. I was very confident in myself and I was absolutely sure I was ready to do this.

Finally, it was the moment I walk down the aisle. My dad walked by my side as Liam and I locked eyes and smiled at each other. The organ player began playing "Here Comes The Bride."
I made my way up to Liam. We said our vows, put the rings on each other and then said "I do."
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride!"
Liam put his arms around my waist as I put mine around his neck and we kissed a deep passionate kiss. Everybody applauded and cheered. Even with all the noise and people all around us, it truly felt as if Liam and I were the only two people on Earth. That was the most amazing feeling ever.
~
It was time for the reception. My and Liam's friends and family made their speeches. They were all humorous and emotional at the same time. I honestly couldn't ask for better people to be in my life.
It was time for Liam and I's slow dance. We had asked Brendon to perform "The End Of All Things" for us and he even offered to perform a few other songs as well. His tour members, Dan, Dallon and Kenny were on board for helping out with the performances so they were here as well.
Brendon and the other three guys went up on stage and he stepped in front of the microphone stand.
"Hey, everybody, I hope we're all having a great time tonight!" Everyone cheered. "I'm going to be singing a few songs tonight and this first one was my wife and I's wedding song and the lyrics were actually used as our vows. This song is called 'The End Of All Things' and tonight, it's dedicated to the beautiful bride and the lovely groom, Willow and Liam!"
There was another round of applause as Brendon sat down at the piano and began playing the song.
Whether near or far
I am always yours
Any change in time
We are young again
Lay us down, we're in love (x2)
In these coming years
Many things will change
But the way I feel
Will remain the same
Lay us down, we're in love (x2)
~
After the slow dance, Brendon played a few more of his songs and then everyone was free to jam out to the music the DJ played.
"Thank you so much, Brendon!" I said hugging him.
"No problem, guys. I had a lot of fun performing, thanks for letting me do it and congratulations!" He hugged me back and then walked off to go be with Sarah.
As the night went on, I had a blast. There was a photo booth that guests could use. There were boxes of things to include in the pictures to make it more fun. There were silly hats, scarves, feather boas, sunglasses and signs with funny phrases on them. I took a bunch of pictures with Liam, my friends, and my family.
I danced a lot with everybody and I had just as much fun as I did at Hailey's wedding. The whole night, I had no worries. Violet was here but I didn't bother to think about her once and I was so proud of myself. Why should I be stressing about anything? I just got married to the love of my life, one of my favorite artists performed at my wedding and all my friends and family were here having fun. I wouldn't want it to be any other way.
I looked around at all the other happy couples in the room. Luna was having fun with Zayn. Rose was having fun with Niall. Hailey was having fun with John, Brendon was having fun with Sarah and Louis was having fun with Eleanor. They danced with each other and looked so genuinely happy to be in each other's lives.
In that moment, I realized how beautiful love truly is. As cheesy as it may sound, it is the truth. Sure, we've all had our fights and our ups and downs as couples but at the end of the day, we were able to work through it and improve ourselves for the other person. If that doesn't scream true love, then I don't know what does.
Now that we were finally married, I decided to put those thoughts about Violet in the back of my mind. How could I ever think he needed her more? If he didn't need me, surely, he would have broken off the wedding. But he stayed with me through thick and thin and that's what really matters the most. I absolutely loved tonight and I never wanted it to end. From the moment I began to walk down that aisle, I knew it in my mind, in my heart and in my soul that our love was something that was forever unbreakable.
