Willow's POV

Luna was really pissed at Zayn for some odd reason. She clearly didn't want to talk about it so I decided it was none of my business and to not say anything. It's not like she's the only one who has things they don't want to talk about though. Speaking of that, maybe I should talk to someone about the party. I laid in my bed sobbing and shaking last night and I even had a nightmare about it. Rose and Hailey were the only people who knew about it.

While we were preparing dinner, Luna turned to me. "So you and Liam, huh?"

I blushed. "Yeah, I think he's really cute and sweet. I hate to bring up my ex, but Liam is a lot different from him, which is a great thing, by the way."

"What was wrong with your ex?" Luna asked.

I took a deep breath. "Well, nothing at first. But then he was just a douchebag. He kept things from me and said things that made me feel like shit about myself. We only broke up about a month ago and I didn't think I'd be able to let another guy in so soon but Liam just...made me change my mind about that." I realized I was smiling as I was saying that last part about Liam.

"Well, I'm glad you're letting him in. Trust me, Liam is an extremely great guy and he's really excited about going out with you." Luna smiled.

My phone started ringing. I checked the collar ID and saw it was Hailey. "I'm just gonna take this call from my sister and then I'll be back to help." I said.

  "Ok, no problem." Luna responded.

I walked into a nearby room with no one in it and tapped "accept". "Hey, Hailey, what's up?"

"Nothing much, just calling to give you some good news." She sounded really excited.

  "What is it?" I asked.

"John proposed!" She exclaimed. John is Hailey's boyfriend- well fiancé now- and everyone loves him. He's really nice, caring and funny. He treats Hailey amazingly and I've always been so happy for them.

"No way, that's awesome! I'm so happy for you guys!" I said.

"Thanks, I'm so excited to marry him!" Then her tone got a little more serious. "Anyway, Willow, I was just calling to ask how you're doing after the party incident."

"I'm doing alright. I had a nightmare about it last night. There was also some crying and shaking too." I answered.

"I just feel so bad. It's a really fucked up thing for someone to do. I think you should see a therapist, it would really help." Hailey said.

"Yeah, you're right. It would probably help a lot. I don't think I can get over being roofied in the blink of an eye." I replied.

"I don't think anybody can. Just know that I'm always here for you anytime you need me, sis. I love you."

"Thanks Hailey, I love you too." My sister is the greatest with advice. I always know I can go to her for anything. She always has my back.

"Bye the way, in happier news, I'm going on a date with a guy this week! His name is Liam and he's so awesome." I was smiling like an idiot.

"I'm so happy for you, Willow! As long as he's not a douchebag like Matt, then I think he's a keeper."

 "Thanks, I think so too!"

"Well, I gotta go now. Call me if you need anything." Hailey said.

"Ok, I will. Bye." I responded and hung up. I turned around to make sure no one was there listening and thankfully, there wasn't. I didn't need anybody worrying about me so much, especially when it was supposed to me a fun night with everyone hanging out.

I walked back to the kitchen. "So how did the phone call go?" Luna asked.

"It went great! My sister called to tell me she's engaged!" I said, leaving out the part about the other conversation. No one needed to know right now. I needed space.

"Oh, I'm so happy for her! That's great!" Luna replied.

After dinner, we decided to have sundaes for dessert. I was struggling to get the chocolate syrup to come out so I was shaking it. Finally it came out of the bottle, except it didn't land on the ice cream. It flew into the air and splattered on Liam's shirt. I felt so embarrassed.

"Liam, I'm so sorry. I swear, I did not mean-" Liam grabbed the bottle from me and looked really serious. I didn't mean to piss him off. I only wanted some chocolate syrup on my ice cream.

"This. Means. War." Liam said. Before I could respond, he pointed the bottle in my direction and squirted me with chocolate syrup.

"Oh, it's on. ICE CREAM SUNDAE TOPPINGS WAR!!" I screamed. Soon, all of us were attacking each other with ice cream, cherries, sprinkles, whipped cream, you name it. If it belongs on ice cream, we were throwing it at each other.

After all that, the kitchen was a disaster and everyone's hair and clothes were a mess.

"Ugh, it's gonna take forever to clean this all up!" Luna groaned.

"Don't worry, I'll help you out." I said. I was technically the one who accidentally started this "war" so the least I could do was help clean up.

"Well, you guys have fun with that." Harry said and started to walk away.

"Not so fast, Harry! You're helping too!" Luna snapped.

Harry hung his head in shame. "I was afraid you would say that, Luna."

"Haha! You have to clean up!" Louis laughed at Harry.

"That goes for you too, Louis! Niall, Zayn and Liam as well! Plus, Willow and I cooked dinner for all of you so you can be gentlemen and help us clean!" Luna crossed her arms as she looked at all the boys.

They all groaned. "Fine!" It took a long time but finally, the kitchen was clean again.

"I feel so gross. I need to go home and shower." I said, picking a cherry out of my hair.

"You can shower here if you'd like." Luna said.

"Yes, please! I feel disgusting!" I replied. After I took a shower, I went back downstairs and we talked and laughed just like the night before.

"It's getting late. Luna, do you mind taking me home since we came here in your car?" I asked.

"I'll do it!" Liam quickly spoke up.

"Ooooooh!!!!" The other four boys said in unison.

"Oh grow up, will you?" Liam rolled his eyes.

"Ok, Liam, you can take me home if you want." I chuckled.

We got to my house and I thanked Liam for the ride.

"It's no problem, Willow. I was thinking we could hang out Friday. Maybe go out to dinner somewhere? It will be one less person Luna has to cook for." Liam said.

"Yeah, dinner on Friday sounds great!" I replied. "By the way, don't let the guys' teasing get to you. They're just being obnoxious."

"I know they are and I try not to let it get to me. Anyway, I'll find a place to make reservations and I'll let you know the details." Liam answered.

"Cool! Well, I'll see you soon! Goodnight!" I got out of the car and walked to my house. I smiled the whole way there. I was wrong about this whole trust issues thing. Liam was going to be my second chance. I could feel it. I didn't want to let anyone or anything ruin this. Not Matt and definitely not some asshole who roofies girls at parties.

A/N: Sorry this was a little shorter than my last chapter. I have something good planned for the next one so hopefully, it will be longer. Hope you're liking the story so far! :)
