I observe from afar. Everyday. I don't have enough courage to talk to him. But, all the while, I know a lot about him. His favorite color, football team, relationship status, pets, siblings. You name it. I know it. He rides my bus, though he acts as he's not apart of it. Always listening to music.
I watch him as he looks out of the window, watching the cars rush by. He bobs his head to the music that blares through his cheap earbuds. I sigh and put my earbud back in and lean against the wall of the bus. I begin to sing quietly.
"'Cause I'm a creep.
I'm a weirdo.
What the hell am I doing here?
I don't belong here,
I don't belong-!"Someone nudges my shoulder. I pull out my earbud and see him sitting next to me. He smiles.
"Hey, creep." He grins.
I blink and realize that's it's only my neighbor talking to me. I sigh and let my gaze slide over to him. His bright eyes follow the trees that pass by. Though, I do see that his eyes flick my way every once in a while.
