Karma x sick! Reader

"Karma!" You called out to your redheaded boyfriend. Karma grunted, and paused his game. He sighed, and got out of bed. He walked to where you were laying on the couch in his living room, and he gave you a forced smile.
"Yes, (Y/n)?" He asked.
"Can I get some water?" You asked sweetly.
You knew he didn't want to do anything today, and yet you kept bothering him. Karma just rubbed your head, and went into the kitchen, and grabbed a cup and filled it with water.
He came back, and helped you sit up. He took the towel off of your head, and gave you the cup. He felt your forehead. Your fever hadn't gone down, and your cheeks were still red. You drank the water thirstily, and gave him back the cup. Karma was tending to your needs for the past two days, and he was getting kind of annoyed, but he was your constant beck and call.
He wet the towel once more, and placed it on your forehead.

He tucked you in, and you smiled at him. He grumbled and got up, but you tugged on his sleeve. He looked back at you, and he nearly gave in as he saw your face. Your eyes were wide and pleading. He sat down next to you, and rubbed your head.
"What?" He asked. You frowned, and said, "sorry." Karma's eyes widened slightly. "Sorry? For what?" He asked.
You looked down, and your red cheeks deepened in color, but not because of your fever. "I feel like I've been bothering you for the past two days," you said.
Karma chuckled, and rubbed your hand in a soothing manner. "It's okay. Besides, I'm your boyfriend. I should always be there for you," he said.

The intensity of his gaze made you blush even more.

She smiled at him, and moved so that your head was resting on his lap. You nuzzled into his warmth, and Karma rubbed your hair. You hugged his waist, and sighed in content. "Thanks for being there for me," you said.
Karma smiled. "(Y/n). I could never leave you. I love you." Your eyes widened.
Although you two had been dating for almost a year, none of you had ever said anything like that to each other. Karma was the first to say it. You smiled your biggest smile, and you nearly cried because of the moment. Then, with tears in your eyes, you calmly said....

"I love you too, Karma-Kun!"
