Annie pov: I ended up spending the night at Katie's last night when I woke up I was lying on brennan's chest on the couch and katie was on the floor beneath us. Everyone was still asleep so I decided to stay put. I gently traced the outline of brennan's abs under his shirt he was so perfect I loved everything about him from the way he parted his hair to how he treated his siblings to him being way too aggressive when playing FIFA to the way he treated me everyday. I was hungry and ready for the day so I decided to wake up brennan. I gently pushed his hair back and rubbed his cheek I leaned in to kiss his forehead "hey handsome" I said as he eyes gradually opened. He kissed me gently and went to go get ready when he came back his hair was all done up he was wearing shorts with a polo shirt that perfectly outlined his abs from water polo I went up to him and stood on my tip toes I started kissing him softly and then more intense but just before it got any further I disconnected from him and messed with his hair just to mess with his he laughed and started chasing me. I laughed while running away. We ended up on the living room floor laughing. Well you two look friendlier than normally mrs Jill said walking in the room um well we are just playing mom brennan said. Sure she smirked.

weeks past and we were happier then ever. We told our parents and they were happy for us. Today was my birthday and I am super excited cause I am turning 16! But brennan is out of town for water polo so I'm super sad he can't be with me. I unlock my phone and go to FaceTime him.

A: hey Bren, I miss you
B: happy birthday Ans I miss you too
A: will I see you tomorrow?
B: um I don't think so, I think my team has to stay for the week for an Olympic development camp. I'm so so sorry princess you know I would be there if I could I love you so much and we will do something special when I get back next week I promise
A: oh..ya..ok brennan...um talk to you later.

I ran straight upstairs and into my room and cried into my pillowcase a whole week without my best friend. I eventually made my way downstairs. My hair was a mess my face blotching from crying and I really wasn't in the mood for anything. What's going on you ok? Caleb asked me. "I'm fine just leave me alone" I hissed at him. Suddenly I felt an arm pull me up to my room what the hell is going on with you katie asked nicely but almost as if she was mad I snapped at Caleb. I said under my breath knowing she would tell him everything I told her because she didn't want him to hurt me. Why what did the idiot do now "he's just not coming home for a week and I miss him a lot and I just really wish he was here. I said tears beginning to well in my eyes. Annie you know he would be here if he could katie said I chuckled a little knowing that is exactly what brennan said. "Ya thanks katie I love you" I said wiping a tear from my face. I heard a knock on my door and wiped the tears from my eyes. I went to go open the door and standing right in front of my eyes was brennan holding a bouquet of flowers "oh my god" I screamed taking a couple steps back and covering my mouth with my hands. I then ran and jumped on him wrapping my arms around his neck and him wrapping his arms under my butt to hold me up. I kissed him until katie coughed getting the point across that we should maybe stop. Happy birthday ans he whispered in my ear. He set me down on the bed and sat next to me.
