Annie pov: I start chemo again today. The doctor come in early in the morning. I just have to run a quick test Annie then I will get you hooked in. I nodded in agreement. He took out a tool and ran it across the bottom of my foot. It kinda of tickled. My toes curled up slowly and he stopped looked at brennan and smiled. He then hooked me up through my port and took brennan out in the hallway
Brennan pov: it's not the best but it's not bad. She defiantly won't have the strength to walk but eventually with enough physical therapy. It's a hope in sight. I know it doesn't really sound like it but this is good news. "What about gymnastics" I asked kind of skeptical. There is no way she will have to strength for it now. But in the future, with a lot of hard work. It could be a possibility. You do have to remember though brennan. This is just the surgery that are causing these problems she is still battling cancer and right now I hate to say it but she is starting to lose. Tears well in my eyes. I couldn't believe what the doctor was telling me. He then walked into Annie's room and i followed. Annie you are on bed rest for 3 days ok? After that I would say a break is in order. I looked Annie "you hear that three more days until you get to come home, be in your own bed, see your dogs" the doctor stopped me there. Wait she has dogs "yes three" I replied I'm sorry but Annie is too sick they could make her worse it is not worth the risk. "Maybe you could stay with me Ans, I'm sure katie would love it" Annie nodded her head and let out a small smile. Bren can I have my phone she asked. "Of course here you go babe" she told me to come sit next to her and she opened the camera for a selfie. I shook my head laughed at her "I haven't slept in days I look horrible." I'm ready. Annie said "ready for what ans" to tell everyone. They deserve to know, people are freaking out. We haven't uploaded a vlog in weeks or posted anything on instagram. "If your sure. Let's take a picture of us holding hands. No one needs to see what I look like right now." I took the picture then took a picture of just Annie. Can you type it though I don't want to cry she said looking into my eyes. Of course anything for you.

Hey guys it's brennan, I know that you guys have been worried these past couple weeks and rightfully so. Recently Annie was diagnosed with a rare form of stage 3 leukemia. The fight for her is hard and has had many bumbs along the way. However she had a successful surgery yesterday and things are starting to look up. We thought it was about time all of you knew since you are such an important part of our lives. For now all we can ask for is prayers for Annie's health. Thanks Annie and Brennan

Perfect she said smiling at me. "Should we vlog?" I asked kinda of questioning myself. I would love to she replied smiling. I grabbed her family and we all sat around Annie's bedside " Annie has decided to share what is going on with everybody"  I began. They looked shocked. "We shared a picture on instagram and explained in very short what has been going on. We think it is time to start vlogging again." I grabbed Annie's hand and smiled at her. I'm ready she smiled back. The parents agreed and handed Annie the camera.
Annie pov: for the first time in weeks I opened the camera and turned it on. I flipped the view finder towards myself and needed up staring at it for a while. You look beautiful Jules brennan whispered in my ear. He always knew how to cheer me up. I pressed the record button and started filming. "Well as you can see we are not at home" I said laughing while vlogging "if you want more info you can check out my instagram but anyway I think we have decided to start vlogging again. They are going to be different and some of them aren't going to be upbeat and happy but you guys tune in to see our lives and right now this is our life." I shut off the camera and looked at brennan there were tears streaming down his face "hey what's wrong Bren" I just wish this wasn't our life. I wish you didn't have to go through all of this. It's just not fair. He said rubbing his thumb up and down my cheek. "Ya but I have you and that is enough to make me happy and to coverup all the bad things" i love you Annie "I love you more". I closed my eyes and laid my head on the pillow and fell asleep.

-3 days later-

Brennan pov: Annie gets to come home today and I couldn't be more excited. She is in a wheelchair as she is still not strong and shouldn't move her back but she is coming to live with me for a while as she can't be with dogs. Mrs. Katie is also going to live with us and mr billy Caleb and Hayley are going back home. We are suppose to go straight back to the house but I decided to make a pit stop. We got Annie loaded in and I drove to the gym. No one knew I was coming. Why are we here Annie questioned as I pulled up "I figured your home away from home would be a good place to visit. Most of them haven't even heard from you directly since before you got sick. Annie smiled and thanked me. I opened her door and slid her into her wheelchair. I locked the car and wheeled Annie up the ramp being carefully of any bumps. I opened the door and walked inside. Some of the parents were here and super surprised to see us they all gave me and Annie a hug and helped us surprise the girls. Katie saw me first since Annie was in a wheelchair no one could really see her. She ran over to me a gave me a huge hug and then she saw Annie she shrieked covered her mouth and started crying. "Katie, don't cry please. She's ok. Let's go surprise your friends." Katie nodded and helped me wheel Annie into the gym. The girls immediately saw her and came running over I stepped in front of Annie "woah woah careful" I shouted "she's still recovering from back surgery" Annie laughed at my overprotectiveness and I walked to the side of her and held her hand. She was showered with love. I honestly don't know the last time I saw her so happy. Coach mary and Kim then came over to me I could tell they were crying and they pulled me to the side "what's going on guys are you okay?" Is Annie ok? They questioned you never texted us back about her being paralyzed and then she shows up to the gym in a wheelchair "oh I'm sorry to scare you guys like that, she is really weak from surgery still, she is not completely paralyzed but she also doesn't function like she should. At this point walking for her is a maybe. She doesn't know that though and neither do the girls. Not even katie so don't say anything" oh my god poor Annabelle mrs Kim sobbed. "She's going to be okay she has to be. " I said looking down at my feet. I walked back over and Annie grabbed my hand and squeezed it tight. I got down on my knees so I could be at her level. I don't feel good Bren we need to leave. Like now  " of course, are you going to throw up?" Annie shook her head and I yelled "katie let's go your coming with" katie ran across the gym and I pushed Annie as fast as I could without being too paranoid out of the gym. What going on ...brennan...brennan...answer me katie kept asking. " katie we just need to get home" I could tell by the look in Annie's eyes that she didn't feel good. Tired. In pain. Maybe nauseous. I transferred her back in the car and katie hopped in the back seat. Are you okay Annie? Katie asked. I'm fine Kate I just don't feel very good. Annie replied. Brennan we need to take her to the hospital or something. "Hate to break it to you Kate but this is normal. She just has to get home." I drove back home and carried Annie inside. I set her down on the couch with pillows everywhere to prop her up. Day by day Annie became stronger. She could walk short distances and gained some energy back she was in and out of chemo but her scans were promising. Then came that fateful day. Annie had been feeling good for a while she had finished her last round of chemo had built her strength back up and started conditioning in the gym again. We went to the hospital to get scans. The doctor looked at Annie and smiled. Julianna your in remission.
