Now let's point out the flaws
#1 The right eye is misshapened from the reference.
#2 Her ears are cocked at weird angles.
#3 Her hairline is messed up.
#4 Her shirt is unsymmetrical on the right side.
#5 Her hair is off in a multitude of places.
#6 Two small pieces at the bottom of her outfit is missing under each arm.
#7 Her chest should sit lower to so there would be more room for her neck.
#8 The lines are a bit messy.
#9 The Proportions are likely off around the forehead, hair, and chest.
