My reference
Now to point out the flaws
#1 I could replicate the cloaks colors properly so I had to change the background to a pure black as I picked two blues of a similar hue that that blended together.
#2 His hat isn't as large as it should be.
#3 The collar of his cloak isn't symmetrical and the gold edge varies in thickness.
#4 I messed up the gem on his chest when outlining and the black sharpie skipped over.
#5 The hands look a little small.
#6 I had to give up on the second set of stars in the cloak because I couldn't fit it.
#7 The stars look like crap but I gave up on it.
#8 I couldn't do that slight shading around the hat and lower vest.
#9 Proportions are off in a few places.
Author's Notes: Sorry about procrastinating so much lately I have been wanting to draw lately but I got carried away with the dating profile joke although it was supposed to be a joke I suppose it was me saying I'm back on the market, I did a horrible job at talking about myself however I had no idea what to put up as I have never dated so I guess I brought that ole familiar social awkwardness to the table. I'm hoping too draw more but sadly I can never promise anything because I may need to talk to my friends if they are depressed or sad I hope you can understand they are worth all the time in the world.
