My reference.
Now let's point out the flaws
#1 The hair is off in a few areas it's especially noticable on the top right side.
#2 Her nose is a bit too small looking back.
#3 Instead of a one simple curved line to illustrate the eyelid I combined the top of her eye and that curved line.
#4 Her strange smile may be a bit too short and stop before it's proper placement close to the edge of her face.
#5 The collar of her shirt isn't angled the way it's supposed to be.
#6 I believe both arms are slightly off.
