My reference.
Now let's point out the flaws
#1 The orb around Blue Diamond's head is far from circular and is more of a oval.
#2 Those strange pillars behind her head aren't properly angled.
#3 Her jaw is completely different.
#4 Her nose is too pointy.
#5 The hand holding her dress or cloak looks off.
#6 Angles aren't perfect.
#7 Proportions are likely off in a few places.
#8 Lines are pretty messy.
