My reference
Now let's point out the flaws
#1 The hair is off in many areas and isn't the right shape for a majority of strands.
#2 The left eye looks off compared to the really good right eye.
#3 I'm missing a few pieces of dirt under the mouth.
#4 The light shining though his hair is likely off in a couple places.
#5 The ear looks shriveled up.
#6 The point where the hair meets the neck is horribly wrong.
#7 The lines are too thin in a lot areas.
#8 His jaw is reachs down too far and should be corrected.
#9 The head lacks the proper angle the picture represents.
#10 The entire drawing is messy and has tons of erase marks.
#11 Proportions are off especially in the hair.
