Harry glanced over at Draco's bed as Ron and Herimone turned their backs to walk out.

As soon as Harry was sure they were out of earshot Harry spoke towards Draco.

"You were right."

"I'm sorry that I was." Draco moaned out softly "you have enough to worry about."

"Says the veela in pain. At least I'm not in much pain right now." Harry sighed

"Compassionate are we?" Draco mused

"I guess we are both capable of that emotion."  Harry smirked to himself "when do you suppose you'll be out of here?"

"Not one idea. Whenever the pain stops I suppose."

"Well we're both gonna be here for a while." Harry said.

"It seems so." Draco drawled cockily

"What are you so cocky about?" Harry asked

"Oh nothing. Just thinking. We're both stuck here. No one to talk to during to day except each other." Draco said.

"We're doing great right now." Harry said

"That is right. Our friends would be nuts if they knew we were talking without fighting." Draco chuckled

"Yes they would. I guess we really haven't given each other a fair shot." Harry shrugged

"Maybe it's time to --ah change that." Draco's voiced became strained

"Getting worse?" Harry asked concerned watching the curtains

"A bit." Draco strained.

"Need Madam Pomfery?"

"No. Not this time." Draco panted

Harry watched the curtains as he listened to Draco's heavy pained breathing.
Harry had a sudden burst of anger at whatever was hurting the boy across from him.
Harry felt a deep growl resonate through him before he shook his head in complete confusion.
