Harry found Professor McGonagall at her desk and shocked to see him.

"Professor I'm sorry but I haven't time. I need Dobby the House Elf. The Minister would like him to testify at the trial." Harry told her quickly

"Luckily for you Potter that one of your classmates made a mess of my class room. Dobby!"

Dobby came in surprised to see harry.
"Harry Potter."

"Thank you Professor. Dobby would you mind helping me with something?"

"Anything Harry Potter wishes Dobby will do."

"I need you to testify against your old master. Draco's father please, it's the only way Draco can break free from him for good."

Dobby nodded and took Harry's sleeve with a crack they were back in the court room.

All eyes were on the two of them.

"Sorry." Harry cast his face down and went back to his seat.

"Not a problem. Dobby if you would come forward." Professor Dumbledore has taken the floor to make Dobby feel more comfortable

Dobby nodded and stepped towards Dumbledore.

"Dobby I need you to tell me the truth. Did Lucius Malfoy practice dark magic in his home? On his family and guests?" Dumbledore asked

"Mr. Malfoy was devoted to the dark arts Professor Dumbledore sir. He would practice on young Draco myself and sometimes Miss Cissy." Dobby said

"Dobby tell me.. did he ever use dark magic on his guests?"

"Oh never Sir. For fear of word getting out to the ministry dark magic was practiced only on those whom were to afraid to say anything to anyone outside the house." Dobby told him.

"Thank you Dobby, I believe that with be all for the time being." Dumbledore dismissed the elf.

"Well I believe we've heard all we need for today. We will set another date in the meantime auoror's will be interviewing those closest to the Malfoy family." Fudge dismissed the courts
