Chapter 1

        I woke up to the sound of my mom climbing up our clunky, wooden stairs, up to my room. It was the big day, I was finally meeting Cameron Dallas, Nash Grier, Taylor Caniff, Aaron Carpenter, Carter Reynolds, Matthew Espinosa, Jack and Jack, and Shawn Mendes. They are amazing, I don't care what anyone says or thinks. Finally, they were coming to Kansas City, Missouri for a MAGCON event. Today I had VIP, I have been waiting for this for MONTHS. I thought I would never see them, or even meet them. I had been waiting for a great event in my life like this for years. After all, those boys were the reason I was still here.

        "Mykenna wake up, Elizabeth will be here any minute." My mom said as she walked by swiftly to the stairs. Elizabeth was my best friend, who loved MAGCON even more than I did. That was saying something. I nearly leaped out of bed and went straight to my closet. I opened the double doors and considered my options. I had been too tired last night to even pick out an outfit, this had to be perfect. I rummaged around, finding a light pink strapless dress that was a tad short, and white flats. It looked nice, but not too nice.

         I put these on quickly, adrenaline filling my veins. Next I finished getting ready, taking extra time to do my hair and makeup. I did a simple makeup look with smokey eyes, and then I straightened my hair. It was naturally curly, but when straight, it was about two inches longer than where my chest was. Soon I heard a honk, this had to be Elizabeth. I grabbed my phone and my purse, sprayed on a little perfume, and said goodbye to my mom. I stepped outside into the blinding sun, knowing inside, today would be the best day of my life. It was fairly nice out, but I was glad that it was not humid, my hair could not be bad for today.

        Elizabeth screamed as I got in her yellow Mustang Convertible. She looked amazing of course, blue floral dress with her brown heels. I've always been jealous of her, she was the fashion girl. Elizabeth was a great swimmer, with the prettiest long ombre hair I've ever seen. She was a Nash girl, while I was a Cam girl. There was no doubt if the boys ever looked twice at us, it would be at Elizabeth.

         "Well hey there girly! Ready to meet our husbands?" She said as she raised an eyebrow and started blowing imaginary kisses, making me laugh. She was always so bubbly and flirtatious.

        "Of course I am, I hope they are ready for us!" I shouted while we drove off. I laughed and looked out the window, wanting to be in the event already. The whole ride I was bouncing in my seat, feeling like my heart would explode with happiness. Today I would meet my hero.
