I meditated for 15 minutes. It felt challenging to sit still for the duration. My stomach often tensed up. I thought about work a few times and the purpose of owning pets. What does Tiff [my boyfriend's dog] think about? A child came outside and started bouncing a basketball. At first it was very distracting, but I was able to ignore it after a bit.
