I don't feel as anxious today. The 20 minutes passed quickly, but my monkey mind was still going strong. My posture was pretty good. I have a tendency to hunch. I noticed myself hunching and readjusted. I broke posture once to scratch my face and it reminded me how automatic some actions are. I thought about what I should do after I meditate. I want to practice singing and finish chapter 20 of Make A Wish, but I don't feel like I have time for both. It's not true, but I don't want to spend my whole morning “working” just to go to work afterward.
