"Your such a bitch. All you do is think about yourself" Cole had yelled.
"Me? Thinking about myself? I'm working my ass off dipshit. What are you doing? Fucking around!" I yelled back
"I do shit okay! I'm sorry your just jealous that I have girls all on my dick while you have no one! I hope you know I only dated you cause of a bet and I was gonna end it next week!" Cole had yelled at me.
I stumbled back as I felt an uneasy feeling in my stomach. "A year. We've been together for a year and your telling me it was cause of a dare." I whispered looking at him through my watery eyes.
"Yes! God it was the worst year of my life!" He said rolling his eyes.
I decided to just leave cause I had enough and I didn't deserve to be treated like this.

The memories of what happened 3 months ago started flooding in. The alcohol wasn't working. Nothing was working. I couldn't get Cole off my mind and I don't know why. He was a piece of shit.
"Can I get another Tequila" I asked as a hiccuped. "Thanks" I told the bar tender as he gave the shot glass to me while giving me a pathetic look. I had came here for the past month getting drunk off my ass but as much as I tried Cole wouldn't go away. I sat there a few more minutes when all of a sudden a loud noise started going. It was someone on a microphone.
"Okay tonight for karaoke we have a volunteer. His name is Jonathan." The speaker said.
What kind of bar has fucking karaoke I asked myself but I decided to turn around and listen.

The guy had finished singing but the funny thing was, that he kept his crystal blue eyes on me the whole time. Not one time did he take them off and I was sure that he was looking at me but maybe I'm just crazy so I just turned back around and ordered a water. "Hey gorgeous, did you not like the song." He said frowning. It was the guy who had sung.
"Oh um...was that for...me?" I asked as I took a sip of water.
"Duh silly. Why else would I be looking at you. Other than your gorgeous." He said flashing me a smile as my face got red. "So? Can I be your distraction?" He asked looking into my C/E.
"I don't know...." I said looking everywhere but his eyes.
"Aww come on beautiful. I promise I won't hurt you like that fuckboy who played you." He said frowning and playing with my hair.
"I can I trust a stranger?" I asked squinting my eyes.
"We can get to know each other then I won't be a stranger and neither will you. Maybe we could be more than friends too." He said winking at me.
'Y/N think about this! Do you really want to take this risk? What if you get hurt AGAIN?! It's going to be your fault if you do. You don't even know this guy!' My mind said as I was thinking about my decision.
"Fuck it." I said grabbing his hand while making eye contact. As soon as I grabbed his hand his frown turned into a smile that could light up this world.
"By the way gorgeous, my name is Jonathan." He said smiling
"By the way handsome, my name is Y/N." I said shooting him a wink and a smile.
