Narrator POV

The songs looked like they would take longer than the three had originally thought that they would. It was hard to make the rhymes they had written in Korean work out in English while still giving the same message. Even the ones Namjoon had written in English were a bit complicated. Some things made technical sense but not practical sense. The meaning of the songs were hard to accurately convey. After working on it for about an hour, Jin came out to start making dinner.

"Any requests?" he asked the three in the living room while walking to the kitchen. There was no response. He looked back and saw them absorbed in the papers in front of them. He smiled at how immersed they were and decided to not ask again.

After Jin finished making dinner, he yelled from the kitchen that dinner was ready. The boys in the 'triplets'' room opened the door and started tripping over each other to get to the table. The three working on the songs looked like they hadn't even heard him. They were still hunched over the table discussing things and gesticulating.

Taehyung leaned over the back of the couch and yelled, "DINNER'S READY!!!" causing the three of them to jump.

"You didn't need to yell in our ears," Yoongi glared and the other two joined.

"Actually, he did," Hoseok defended. "Jin already yelled nicely and we've been yelling at you guys from the table for the past minute or so." Namjoon sighed and stood up. He made noises as his legs adjusted to him standing. He went to the table while the other two turned back to the computer.

"Just a minute..." Rose trailed off. Yoongi grunted in agreement. The boys looked at them and then back at each other.

"Well, they're both workaholics I guess," Jimin noted. The other boys nodded their heads in agreement.

"Just start eating," Jin told them.

"Yes, mom," they all answered and started laughing.

Five minutes later, Rose and Yoongi didn't look like they were any closer to finishing. Jin got up and sighed.

He walked in front of the two and said, "Ok guys, dinner time. You can work on that after you eat." They only grunted and continued talking about one of the verses. Jin sighed again and shut the lid of the laptop.

"Hey!" they both yelled. He gave them his 'mother is talking to you' look and crossed his arms waiting for them to get up.

"Fine," Yoongi acquiesced. Rose saw Yoongi get up so she decided to join, it's not like she could work on it by herself.

"You really do act like the mom," Rose laughed. "I'm older than you but I still feel like I have to listen."

Jin smiled at her. "That's because you know better." He walked back to the table with the two trailing behind them. Rose ended up sitting between Hoseok and Jimin while Yoongi was directly across the table sitting between Namjoon and Taehyung.
